Cold AC, clean room, great price. What more can i ask for?

It was a fine hotel, but definitely not 7.8/10 worthy. Solid 6. The bed was comfortable but the floor was gross...my feet were black after walking around the room an hour after a shower. The door to the outside had a 1cm crack between it and the ground which could definitely let in critters and lots of noise from traffic and people gathering outside. Some of the towels were stained and the shower wouldn't get too hot. Other than that it was fine.

Was a good hotel for the money but I suggest only staying MAXIMUM one night while Passing thru because there is very little to do in the area. It’s a very unattractive and depressed rural town with few food options. Breakfast at hotel is just a grab bag of food.

The first room we got smellef like smoke. Down graded to a double beds from a king room. The double room. Was a little. Dirty and tub wouldnt drain. People hanging out in parking lot will not go again

This hotel is in a bad area. More like a motel very run down bed sheets were clean towels were stained floor was somewhat clean. Don’t stay here. When we left the next morning someone out front tweaking on something.

Basic room but nice & clean, ice cold a/c, and (finally!) a bag of breakfast goodies & coffee

Was very quiet and the housekeeping and maintenance staff are very nice and hardest working people I've seen

place was clean, rooms was well equipped, staff was friendly and professional. Loved the Pillows

We had group bookings for multiple people working at the race track over the weekend. As our travel coordinator, I was on the phone with hotels.com and the hotel front desk approximately 10 different times trying to fix issues with these bookings from the hotel stating that either the rooms weren't paid for, the (hotels.com) credit card was declined, the booking didn't exist or the person was only listed as a "traveller". Very frustrating to be on the phone multiple hours and being told things were fixed to just turn around and have it happen again 8 hours later. Also, I had multiple complaints from my people staying there about bedbugs, cockroaches, mold and smoke detectors ripped off the ceiling/walls. One person told me they changed rooms 3 times due to these issues. All of this added together made it easily the worst experience myself and our company have ever had thru this website. It was a major distraction and waste of time having to deal with such issues telling me each time that things were taken care of and then having to do it again 8hrs later. There is absolutely no way we will ever book at this hotel again and we're very close to taking our hotel booking business elsewhere.
