Red Roof Inn Grand Rapids Airport

Non-smoking room but smelt of smoke.

My fiance and I stayed over night at Red Roof in Grand Rapids, as we needed a hotel in the area on our way out to the sand dunes. We were looking for someplace not too expensive, but not too cheap, and Red Roof was exactly what we were looking for. The only downside was the people near us were having a party, but I guess this is to expected in a place like this.

My entire stay was beautiful I can admit I’m like Red Roof is gonna be horrible, nasty, have bugs and what ever else, I was so wrong it was the cleanest room ever and the smell oh my god was amazing, it smelled so clean and fresh in there, the bed was so darn comfortable, I didn’t want to leave it so guess what I booked it again for the next week and I’m looking forward to my stay, so quiet, no noise at all front desk even checked on me made sure I was ok and didn’t need any services, I liked that customer service was really good the guy at the desk got me checked in and out perfectly so. Great job to him

The hotel room was a NON smoker but reeked of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm was pulled off the wall. The bathroom door didn’t close/lock properly.

Room smell awful area outside was dirty and were people oitsode there rooms partying every night until 2 and 3 am..

A little bit noisy for a Friday night, lots of people who were outside, seemed like it was right outside of my door

Place was clean and comfortable. Though it was a non smoking room it did still have a small cigarette smell but nothing terrible. Would stay again.

Had to get a different room,because 1st room wasnt clean second room smelled of cigarettes

Our rooms had a weird odor,when we went in the front desk came and sprayed them, it helped a little bit,and then came back, and also there was a lot of traffic in and out stopping I’m going in the buildings and then leaving it looks very suspicious. I didn’t feel safe there.
