Nice hotel. Good location. All was pleasant. Be careful by the pool. The tile floor is very slippery even if you don’t run.

We've stayed here before and it was okay. The room we stayed in felt a little rundown compared to previous ones. It's a quick easy stay very convenient to the interstate. We left a bag of clothes in the room and came back the next day hoping the cleaning staff would have turned it into lost and found and they did not. It's our mistake for leaving them on accident, but they shouldn't throw away a bag of clothes or take them. They couldn't tell us what happened to it. In addition, there was no breakfast being served because of the covid situation, yet other hotels found ways around it and we're still accommodating to their guests.

Have used this hotel several times over the past 4 years. Was disappointed in the room cleanliness this time especially in this supposed extra vigilant times.

I booked 3 rooms for a one night stay for a family getaway for 6 adults and 3 kids. Overall we were disappointed with the hotel. The front desk clerks were friendly. They allowed us to check in 30 minutes early. We were really disappointed in the pool area. The swimming pool was small and water was cold. The hot tub was also small but nice. The steam room and sauna weren’t working. They were only allowing 10 max into the pool area due to COVID which I understand. Although the pool was so small that only 10-12 people could probably fit comfortably in it. The rooms were also small, the bathrooms were tiny. The toilet paper roll practically stuck out to the toilet seat. In one of the rooms the television signal wasn’t working. Someone from the front desk did come up and try to fix it but was unable to and said they would put in a request for someone to come out but this was at 9pm so it was pointless. Also one of the bathtubs didn’t have a drain stop in it. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but felt smaller than a queen. The air worked well but in one room the heat wasn’t working. The breakfast was a take and go brown bag with a muffin, yogurt, and granola bar. They did have juice and coffee as well. Overall okay place but disappointing for the price. We probably wouldn’t stay there again.

There is no parking for trailers but we were permitted to double park thankfully. There was no breakfast of any kind available even though advertised on hotels.com and their own website :( The worst part is that the bedding was not clean! Very gross.

There wasn't a microwave and when I went to make coffee the part to put the filter in was missing. The room had a smell of old cigarettes and dog. Other then that it was comfortable and decent. We were just trying to get out of the Phoenix heat.

They said they would provide a roller bed then when we got there they said they didn’t do to fire restrictions. They also said they had a full breakfast but they did not they gave you a bag with a yogurt and a granola bar in it if you asked. Also I was there with my children and I got a complaint that we are being too loud when all we were doing is watching a movie. I’m pretty sure they had the wrong room but they called us twice telling us to settle down or they would kick me out in the middle of the night with my children. Would

Clean and quiet... of course we are still bringing our own Lysol and spraying down everything, but the room was clean and fresh with the air conditioner running when we checked in. Nice girl working the front desk. Indoor pool was a bit crowded, so we avoided it. Easy and close parking. Great location right off the interstate and close to downtown. We did the summer ski lift up the mountain which was beautiful and even a little chilly! It was amazing. We love Flagstaff, and would recommend this hotel, especially during these Covid times. All staff and guests had on masks which was great!
