The toilet didn't work. Had to change rooms.

Rude front desk, room was nasty smelled like cigarettes and I don’t know what else! If I wasn’t desperate for a room for the night I would have left. My clothing even smelled when I got home.

I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay at this hotel. I gave this hotel a number one because at least the customer services was decent. The one thing that this hotel don't tell you is that people actually live here. This hotel is a boarding house. The hallways are filthy dirty. It will be a shock to your system to walk down a hall way that fills like you are breathing COVID through your mask. I know that they say you get what you pay for. I don't care if this hotel is $60 dollars a night or if it is a boarding house. Red Roof Inn should be a shame to have one of their proprieties in this condition. It doesn't matter if your community has a low socioeconomic status, I feel like a business should take pride in their properties and give all people the customer service that they deserve. If you don't mind staying in these conditions, help yourself. The "Plus" on Red Roof Plus equals the unexpected. Stay here at your own risk. If you have no other choice but to stay here, bring all of the antibacterial you can find and do your best to stay COVID free.

It was a pretty good room for the price— it was clean, the staff was nice, and the bed was pretty comfy.

Hotel is conveniently located and clean. Also no fee for pets which was wonderful. I worked for my brief trip of two nights although I wouldn't recommend for longer stays as there was no micro-fridge or coffee maker in the room.

This hotel is dirty, every room I’ve stayed in my feet are black after walking on the floor - they obviously do not mop. Rooms are always musty smelling or have a strong chemical odor when walking in. Cigarettes littered around the smoking areas. The fridge is dirty as well with leftover food stuck in some. My microwave was missing a turning plate. The shower curtains are even more disgusting. I can hear rats or mice scurrying about in the ceiling which is kind of disturbing. There are shady looking people who stay here who often look like their on drugs. The internet is very laggy and not good for gaming. Lastly, the woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and always has an attitude when I check in. This hotel averages out to around $70-80 after tax, my advice is to pay the extra $10 to stay somewhere more decent. It’s a shame as if this hotel was managed better, it could actually be a good choice.
