I like the place and the staff, I love zero incidentals, BUT, roaches.

The room had a bad smell and i saw 2 roaches

At check in the desk clerk took 2 other people before me even though i was next in line. the Air conditioner did not work and on check out the attendant made my bed instead of stripping it down leaving me to wonder if i slept in a bed with clean sheets or pillow cases. i've stayed here before but was disappointed for sure, even killed a few bugs in the room.

This place is run down and dirty. We only stayed there for a couple of hours overnight due to a layover & I felt so uneasy. Sheets were dirty with dirt marks and stains on the outer and inner layers, and obviously unwashed. It was like something was crawling on me when I laid in bed. Never again. Room smelled like a cigarette box even though it was non smoking. Heater didn’t work. The late night guy that checked me in was rude & didn’t even mention how the door works with the key. Because apparently, to open the door, you must hold the handle up rather than down, so I had to run down from the other side of the building just to get back into the office to get this info. I wonder if this is what prison cells look like.

I had reservations for a premium room and was given a standard room. When I went to the front desk, the manager lied and said that I was in a premium, but housekeeping screwed up and put the wrong linens on and forgot my snack. Well, she also must have switched out the mattress and tore the sticker from the door that ALL premium rooms have to identify them. On top of that two of the rooms four light fixtures didn't work, one of our key cards wouldn't work and there was a plastic bag taped over the smoke detector! The last issue was not only a safety issue, but it also indicates that the room was not cleaned up to normal standards. It definitely doesn't meet Covid-19 cleaning standards! Hopefully my wife and I won't get sick from that room. I have called and made a complaint to the Red Roof Inn hotline where I was told that my premium room was rented before I got there and they lied and tried to hide it. My suggestion...DON'T STAY HERE!

We arrived Friday night got changed and left the room around 3pm. When we returned our door was open, not unlocked but actually open. Housekeeping left towels on our bed and never shut our door!! We didn't return until after midnight..Thankfully nothing had been stolen but the experience left us extremely uneasy about the hotel. Our neighbors must live in the hotel, they had a dog and 4 cats and the urine smell was awful. Would Not Book here again.

Horrible service girls in the front were wearing 2 tops and leggings

There was an order in the room, the lock didn't work properly, there was no fridge or microwave in the room. For the rate of the room, I expected more. Then, there's element that's allow to hang around the property. I was skeptical about leaving my room afraid someone would break into the room. Not a place I would recommend.

Expedia listed That this hotel that it has king and queen size beds and free cribs. In reality they only have standard one person beds, no king nor queen size...roaches in room, paint peeling, old bed sheets, dirty linen, from my experience this was probably the worst hotel ever

The rooms were clean not enough towels and also the shower curtain didn’t fit water was getting all over the floor other then that it was great
