Smelly room. Bathroom poorly cleaned. Not recommended

We booked this hotel because of the price and to make our trip to Vermont shorter since we could not stay there due to quarantine rules. We arrived late around 12 midnight we called to inform the hotel we would be arriving late. When we arrived there was no one at the counter. When she arrived she was pleasant and apologetic. We had a first floor room. When we walked into the room it was not how it appeared in the pictures, it was much smaller. I went into the bathroom and saw numerous bugs of many varieties. My husband then looked around the room and noticed dirt and food between the dresser and wall and then moved the fridge and saw bigger more disgusting bugs walking around. We immediately grabbed our belonging and went to check out. I can’t say enough how nice and accommodating the staff was in a complete refund. But it left us with no place to stay after midnight outside Albany ny, on a holiday weekend. Will never return and would not recommend!

The room was filthy and very disgusting . Highly disappointed

My wife loved the bed. But, we had to move rooms because of broken toilet. Second room the toilet didn't flush properly either.

Small rooms. Location is good. No in room coffee and no coffee in the lobby due to the pandemic.

The pictures are very nice, how ever when you get here you will find lot's of things. The shower was not clean, hair from the previous people was still in the bottom of the tub. The tub did not drain. The bed is old and extremely uncomfortable, with springs jabbing you in the back. The pillows are very worn down and flat. If you want a good night sleep you may just want to stay home!

They let me check in early, but the staff was rude and seedy, the other guests were sketchy.

We stayed here for one night, 8/17/20. When we arrived, they did not have our reservation in the system after having booked it several months ago. Luckily they did have rooms available so we booked on the spot. Good! We went to our room and i immediately began removing the covers and sheets to check the bed for bed bugs..you cant be too sure! No bed bugs but the sheets were full of what appeared to be pubic hairs! The sheets had not been changed from the last guest or guests! Hubby quickly called a hostess (Cyndi) who was cleaning a room next door and she said this was not her room but when i explained she was very gracious and immediately got to work changing the sheets. I sprayed the whole bed with lots of disinfectant! Cyndi was wonderful! She brought a set of sheets from the dryer. Next after being in the room for a bit i start to notice "drips of something" on the walls all around the bed. Yes! I will stand by my assertion that it was sperm! We are all grown here and know what that looks like!! So, this is obviously one of those quickie motels. Thats fine but they need to wash the walls! All of the walls!! This was not cool at all! Since we were only in town for one night, i booked an inexpensive hotel. However, inexpensive does not HAVE to mean dirty. Other than this, the room was comfortable for a one night stay and the staff was friendly, eateries are close by. Serious improvements needed in the cleanliness area! For this score is low.
