Red Roof Inn PLUS+ West Springfield

No towels, phone didn’t work, no tv remote, floor was gross, drawers missing in furniture... This place is below mediocre.

I understand there is a pandemic but when you cant even get towels its a problem

Didn’t like the smell of the room or the black moldy looking hole in the ceiling of the bathroom

the bed sheets had holes in them and the room was not worth 109.00 when it used to be 65.00 or less

Great location but terrible staff the rooms were clean but our tub was missing a drain we couldn’t take a bath we paid for a premium room didn’t get the amenities we were supposed to the room they put us it didn’t have a confirmed sanitized sticker when all the others did and the lady in the lobby was terrible she offered no help at all

Room smelled like pot. Someone had covered the smoke detector with a bag. For a non smoking room, unacceptable.

I couldn’t stay because all two rooms they offered me was smelling cigar smoke

it was just ok. check in took forever. I paid for a superior room and was put in a standard. WiFi was spotty which was difficult for work calls. Room wasn’t cleaned during our four night stay.

Overall room was clean, but did have several bugs. Didn't seem to be run down. Outside areas were trashy. Seemed like party central all night. Stayed on a Thursday

This is an absolute dump. Floors were dirty. Smelled like mold and cigarettes. The smell was so off-putting, I drove to a nearby CVS and purchased a scented candle to offset the stench.
