Staff very helpful hotel in a good position bar and reception area outstanding

The hotel was nice. But I was told at check in that breakfast was included and given directions. As a gold star member I was supposed to get a room upgrade if available and 10% off all food. I recieved neither and then was charged $36 for my quick breakfast (2 rolls, 6 cucumber slices, 2 slices of cheese, 3 slices of ham, cup of coffee, cup of orange juice, 2 butter biscuits, 3 pineapple pieces, and 3 marinated mushrooms), which I would bir have gotten had I not been told it was included. I didn't even get the 10% off of that, which was supposed to happen as part of being a gold member. I had a second floor room with a park view, which isn't much because trees are immediately blocking the view. The blackout shades were wonderful as was the turn down service.

Simple, a bit tired, but clean and comfortable. Great location. Small and efficient hotel. HVAC is difficult to use. Excellent water pressure. Noisy rooms on the city view side. Request park view room if possible.

I liked location of this hotel. It’s right away in the centre of the city. Nice bar in the lobby. Great breakfast, highly recommended to visit breakfast restaurant if you are staying.

The locations of the hotel is in the heart of Stuttgart , the restaurant and cafe was great. The room is authentic, boutique class hotel.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff throughout. You'll want for nothing, as every need and desire is met. At the same time, the personal touch makes you feel like part of a family. Room design, cleanliness and comfort are top of the line and the culinary experience will long be remembered. Do not hesitate to stay here when in Stuttgart.

1.The heating system doesn't work properly. The room was extremely hot and there is no way to fix it. 2. Internet service is useless. Cuts out constantly. 3. Furnishings are old. This hotel is not at the level that other hotels of it's class. By the way, the restaurant is excellent. Great food and great service.

Beautiful hotel right across from the train station, which was really convenient and safe when I arrived in town via train... I literally walked across the street and had arrived! Also great location for shopping! Staff at check in desk was so polite and helpful.

Fantastic proximity to everything. Delightful staff who assisted to make the stay memorable.

Walkable location to many attractions. Wifi availabe but very slow
