Hotel is dirty

1st room sed like smoke, fire alarm hanging off wall, food on floor near nightstand, cigarette butts behind nightstand, cigarette burns on bed cover and curtains. Attendant siad no other rooms available that night. 2nd room decent, 5vdifferent TV remotes didn't work, which I had to go to front desk each time to get, bathroom ceiling had water damage. Main elevator was out of order, ice machine out of order and flooded hall on 2md floor, water damage on 1st FL ceiling from ice machine. Workers smoking right out front when you are leaving or entering. Finally canceled stay and went to new hotel

The carpet had stuff all over it. There was a stain and a white powdery substance. The bathtub was disgusting.

My visit was okay, my room key kept deactivating. This man used to ask me for money every single day i came out of my room. At night there was a lot of people standing outside at night, the shower head didn't work. Someone stole the HDMI cord to watch tv.

Musty stale smell everywhere Property average condition. Older. Room and bed were comfortable.

First and last time I stay here. I am moving and needed a room for a few days in between the transition. I chose this hotel because i never saw the riff raff i usually do at the others but then after already paying I found out why. First there is no adjustment to the fee for the ammenities not available that normally are, mainly breakfast. Don't mention to tge GM unless you want to pay his 35,000 fine for serving breakfast during COVID19. The front General Manager as he likes to make sure you know that he is in fact the "GM" has zero professional skills about him. He speaks to you as if he's scolding a child and/or head of a correctional facility. You WILL follow his rules or he"ll threaten to put you down on the "do not rent to" list. I plan on writing my own name in that book when i turn in my cards in 30 minutes. So, in short, the GM could use some intensive customer service training, they can fix the ice machines and elevators and make sure you check your debit/credit card charges because he likes to tack on fees and automaticly rent the room to you again if you're a second late getting out and he will do so without your knowledge. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone until there is new management.
