Nice and clean. Nice staff working at this hotel. Great location for golf and fishing.
Clean rooms , nice staff, pool and hot tub was awesome. Breakfast non existent. Had to go across the parking lot to Hardee’s for breakfast.
Good location, rooms clean and friendly staff.
Very friendly service. Very clean lobby and pool area. Our room had water damage at some point (119). Water marks on the ceiling outside bathroom and in the bathroom over the toilet. Tv stand also had clearly been wet on the corner by the fridge. Also noticed significant staining on the carpet by the nightstand from said water damage. The sheet protecting the comforter on the bed had multiple decently sized stains on it. We took that off right away and didn’t use. Didn’t complain since we only stayed one night and checked in pretty late. Sure our room was just an outlier. Continental breakfast due to COVID was nothing exciting. Looked like prepackaged items that could have come from a vending machine. Was an affordable place to stay with a nice warm shower. Water pressure on shower head was awesome- probably best I’ve ever experienced at any hotel.
Have stayed at this hotel many times over many years. It is always clean, comfortable and the staff are always helpful.
Very kind staff... But there was a beer still in my fridge when I checked in and my hotel room door was not shut all the way when I went to go in the first time.
In the I had an unacceptable stay at this hotel. The hotel had several issues and management refuse to resolve any of these issues. The continental breakfast which is not in service right now because of covid-19 is unacceptable. The yogurt was expired the pastries were very cheap and tasted horrible there was no fresh fruit or juice or milk. When I brought this up to the hotel manager he was very rude and unwilling to accommodate anything else. He also made a comment about how much we took for breakfast, implying that we had taken more than we should have. There were also issues with the room we were staying in. The air conditioner did not work properly the AC would stay on and never shut off so the room was way too cold and hotel staff did not fix this issue when I brought it up to them. The refrigerator in the room was very loud and staff refuse to swap out the fridge with a quiet one. Hotel management was also very rude with his staff in front of us and other customers. Very unprofessional. Because of all of these issues we left the hotel a day early we only stayed one night.
Our visit was definitely impacted by Covid which makes a rating difficult. We slept vary well as the motel was not noisy as occupancy was down. Due to Covid the room was not made up during our stay. Also due to Covid the breakfast was bare bones coffee, yogurt, and wrapped individual danish. We appreciate the staff finding items my wife left behind and saving them for our daughter to pick up.
A fine quiet stay. Nearby restaurants. Good location.
