The place was dirty the bed covers was dirty too the mattress is the sofa bed was so old and have a weird smell. The roof of the shower was moldy

We normally stay at La Quinta because they have generally been very dependable and we often travel with the pets. This was the worst La Quinta we have ever stayed in. The employees were not wearing masks at check in, and the elevators were not operating. The room was dank and felt uncomfortable. There was mold growing at various points in the bathroom and in the floor. The wallpaper was peeling away in the bathroom as well. If we had not travelled all day and needed to wake up early the next day, we would have requested a refund and booked elsewhere.

It was an inexpensive room for 2 nights and in this case, we got what we paid for. The room smelled, the furniture was beaten up, the room smelled, the refrigerator should've been thrown in the trash, and the room smelled like a room that had been smoked in for 25 years combined with mold. Breakfast was not included even though it was listed as an amenity on the website. I get COVID-19, but there should've been single serving muffins, etc...in prepackaged wrappers available or remove the breakfast included information. The family next door, mom and hellions yelled and screamed and bounced balls all weekend. Should probably warned them about 100 times each day. We will not be using this hotel again.

The room we stayed in was overall unaesthetic. It had water damage on the ceilings and curtains, the shower faucet was leaking and some of the sheets had stains. The door lock was hard to open from the outside too.

Terrible room. Smelled. Bed creaked with any movement and uncomfortable mattress. Bathroom with mold all around shower. Refused to use. Have stayed at many LaQuintas and been very satisfied. Will not stay here again.

The first room key I was given, the door knob didn't even work. So I was given another room. First, the bed was old & very uncomfortable. The bathroom REALLY needs some work in that room. There is no exhaust fan & the moisture has made a mess of that room. I actually was keeping an eye out just in case something come falling from the ceiling. I originally booked with this hotel for several reasons including the breakfast they normally have. I understand that with this covid mess they can't have what they normally would but I paid for breakfast, they could have at least had something to go with the coffee. I will think twice about staying here again even though the location is perfect. The beds really need to be updated.

First room they gave me was occupied... embarrassing incident. Second room had an inop heater. 3rd room I was woken @ 6:30 am by the maid coming into my room... no excuse, no explanation.... continental breakfast from 6-9am I went @ 7:30, no one there. All the food was out. 2 slices of white bread and pancake mix... fruit was old.
