Embassy Suites by Hilton Santa Ana Orange County Airport

This hotel a few years ago was nice..now would not go back. Dirty, drug dealing in parking lot, homeless inside hotel, no security. Stay away

I had been there before but this time was the worst time i had ever stayed at a hotel the place was dirty the soda machines didnt work and people from the next room over were knocking on the side door i didnt feel safe staying there me and my wife left the hotel at 4:00 am there were alot of strange people hanging around in the parking lot when we left this is not a place i will be going back its to run down

I remember when this property was excellent, the room was ok, I understand that things have changed due to Covid-19 but to go from excellent to ok should not be acceptable for embassy suites, in my room there were other peoples hair in the tub , my son and daughter in law with three of our grandkids found a dead cockroach In their room , breakfast was horrible, I understand that it would be difficult to do it as good as before but to go from a great buffet to a stale bagel and banana that was a few days away from being ripe is not what I expected from Hilton, with the great breakfast and mgr reception,pool, gym all gone I find it interesting that they still charge so much for parking, Hilton you should be ashamed

COVID cleaned and sanitized ??? LIE. My wife and I checked in and brought our own Lysol wipes and spray for these exact reasons. We wiped everything and it was gross, Remotes and light switches left black dirt all over the wipes, hair and mold all over the bathroom. Cigarette butts all over the balcony. Mini fridge didn’t work and the room smelled old and dirty. Oh and the area and 22 dollar a night parking lot was sketchy as hell with bums and tweezers walking around like the walking dead. The one good thing was the staff.

Property of old worn-out not kept well mold on the ceiling doors unlock had to change rooms due to stains on the sheets. Coffee maker dirty handle on sliding door broken horrible stay will not be returning to this property wedding refer to friends or family are any of my Yelp family or hotel.com family

Beautiful hotel on the inside. Really spacious rooms. Parking was $22 per car.

I hated it. Reserved an accessible room and was told it wasn't available even though I was ultimately shown a room that was. Moldy shower floor so I didn't use it. Refused a late check out even though the hotel was empty and no replacement amenities for the restaurant or bar. It was a horrible experience.

Room was 127.00 then at the desk it was 177.00. No complimentary drinks. Room was not very clean. Wallpaper coming off the wall. Certain parts of the popcorn ceiling were on the floor. Bathroom floor was dirty. The tub/shower was very slow to drain. Nothing like taken a shower in 3" of water. I will never stay at the hotel again.
