Motif Seattle - a Hyatt Hotel

It was an awesome trip I want to thank the front desk for such a wonderful attention to my needs especially to Hector a very professional and helpful individual . Excellent location to get around . Recommendations better softer beds and the carpet needs to be replaced wit something a lit more update it , otherwise keep up the good work...

Hector was super helpful and was so caring. Our flight got delayed and he gave us a late check out so we could have some where to stay at in the mean time. It was a modern look at this hotel and we were diggin it.

The location is walking distance for many tourist spots. I feel like they could have done a better job with the breakfast option, they hand you a box with a juice, yogurt, granola and an orange. We asked the front desk if there were breakfast options close by and he said no, there were none open but we looked ourselves and found many options even within walking distance. They do not provide room cleaning service and we were there for 4 nights. I feel like they are using Covid as an excuse to not even try to provide service. The Frolik restaurant was nice and the staff was excellent. The Elephant and Castle restaurant below the hotel was also top notch, they are happy to have customers.

Hotel was very dark and drab. Not many amenities to make a guest feel comfortable.

The Motif hotel is perfectly located in downtown Seattle. It is within walking distance to most local sightseeing places such as the Pike’s market and Space Needle. Many restaurants and cafes around. Although it was very sad to see downtown Seattle, how all stores windows are wood-protected due to riots and so many homeless in the area, we had a great time.

Way over priced for what the hotel really is. At the time of arrival we asked if we could park in the parking garage and the associate told us yes, forgot to mention it was $50 per day!!

We had a very good check-in experience, and was given a room with a great view. Staff were very friendly and helpful to us - we were treated very well. Thanks.

The area looked like a war zone. There was no maid service for the 3 days we were there but unapproved charges on my credit card.

Beautiful room with a beautiful view. We were conveniently located within a short walk to stores, shops and most tourist attractions.

Bathtub not clean, rust at the bottom of it. Parking is ridiculously expensive, $50 a day. The rate for a week night ia also very expensive for almost nothing. The room is not special at all and the "free breakfast" turned out to be like a snack due to covid. It would've been nice to reduce the nightly rate ny a little bit to make up for unavailable free breakfast.
