Embassy Suites San Francisco Airport - South San Francisco

I wish we had more time to enjoy our stay. The lobby was beautiful and seemed recently updated. Rooms were clean and very spacious. The staff was friendly. I would definitely choose this place again!

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL :My worst stay at a hotel ever, I was not told at check in the heater was no working, I set the thermostat for 72 degrees, then took my shower and went to bed , I woke up due to my room was very cold, I checked the thermostat it read 59 degrees, I tried going back to bed and was not able to sleep due to my room was too cold, I called the front desk and told them my problem, I asked to switch rooms, their response was there is a problem with their heating system ,no rooms have heat, and that engineers would be in at 7:00 am to resolve the problem, they offered a portable heater, I accepted, after a long wait, they came to my room and said they are all being used and gave me a blanket, I but the blanket on the bed, it was not enough to keep me warm, I had to call for another one, I then had to fold the existing linen, blanket, comforter, extra blanket in half, then add the other blanket on top, covered my self too warm up enough to sleep, I then woke up at 4 in the morning sick with a severe cough!!! I called Hotels.con at 4:00 am to make them aware of my situation, they put me on hold and said they have to call back at 9:00 am , when the manager will be in, I later received a email from Hotels.com indicating they spoke to the manager and they have no record of this, I was insulted by their response as if I made up the situation, I called back after checking out , was given a $25.00 coupon I got a very bad cold/coughDO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL !!!!

Breakfast was horrible and they say it’s included. We got a muffin and juice instead of what the pictures showed online.

Too much noise from other guest

Hotel was clean and nice as I expected staying here. The price to park is a little ridiculous at $33 a day, the website doesn’t tell you that. Last we signed a letter stating we will not have a party yet there was one 2 floors below us which a resulted in some words and a tussle. Overall was pleased with the stay.

There was construction going on in the hotel and I had asked them to change the room and I had gotten to change the room and I am they didn’t give me the right kind of accommodation for the room I got a standard room but I’m being charge for an upgraded room when it was on they had an a shift changing for their time I had I’m how to speak to another person And that person was rude so I’m being charged for a room that I’m not kidding I should be trying to last or have some kind a discounted rate for that room and all they can tell me is that it is not their problem but it’s a third-party so I need to contact on how I purchased the room

We have always liked Embassy Suites. This visit to the South San Francisco was disappointing. The suite itself was really run-down. The cording on the furniture had worn off, the upholstery was worn and dirty - the room did not look like it had been changed in the four or five years since we stayed at this property before.

We were assigned a room that someone else was already in; the mattress seemed too old; the water in the hot tub was dirty; carpets and floor in lobby area and lounge was sticky and not vacuumed. Very disappointed.

Very dated rooms including everything in it. Carpets were disgusting. Beds felt like the springs were about to pop out. Wallpaper in bathroom peeling off and somebody else’s hair was in the shower still. Kids running around the whole property unsupervised. Pool hours for under 18 ends at 9. Children were still in there past 10 as staff just peeked in and ignored it. Never again
