Staff is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are great. I will be booking this property for future Disney trips.

The stay was fantastic! Cookies at check in, cool looking elephant shaped towel to greet us in room, and a free upgrade before we were going to request a room with bunk beds! Short walking distance to the park a huge plus. The rooms are updated. My family will stay again for our future Disney visits. Only desire, would be blackout curtains as some of the outdoor light filters into the room through the blinds.

The property is an easy and close walk to Disneyland which is what appealed to us when making reservation. Staff wise everyone we came in contact with were wonderful. Helpful and friendly and great customer service! Unfortunately the cleanliness left a bad impression. Every towel we unrolled had hair on it, including pubic hairs. The towels were also older and in desperate need of replacing.

Just ok... but if you enjoy quality sleep, look elsewhere. Very, very loud. We brought a loud white noise machine luckily but still had a difficult time sleeping. Walkway and stairs outside the second floor room is metal and reverberates through the room. Beds were ok but pillows were terrible. Flat and firm. Bring yours from home. Room was clean at least, though housekeeping forgot some basics (replacing toilet paper, adding sheets to bed, etc.). Breakfast was pathetic. Literally some cheap donuts, cheap toaster waffles, cheap bread, sugary oatmeal packets, flavorless hard boiled eggs and bananas. I’m gluten free, so we got breakfast elsewhere. We won’t be staying again.

Not great, not terrible. Clean and well maintained but the walls are thin and the shades are terrible. We woke up all night thinking it was morning because of all the light the shades let in and it sounded like a train going by in the morning when people walked by with their suitcases. Great location for Disneyland but if you are a light sleeper, this isn’t the place for you.

Property was close to Disneyland which was nice. They held our bags while we checked out and still had a full day at the parks. The only Downside was that when we made it to the hotel they didn’t have a lobby/ office bathroom to change in and freshen up while we waited for check-in.

You cannot bear the location. It’s amazing, so close and has restaurants right there for whatever you need. Also a convenience I’ve store with great coffee. The rooms were super clean and the staff so friendly. However, rooms were small for a family of 4. You could shut the bathroom door if you were inside. Bring your own shampoo and soap. There is no elevator, so if you request the second floor and have a stroller, just have a plan. The breakfast was not what we expected. This was part of the reason we booked here—paying a little more for location so we could have food included. Others stated it wasn’t great, and it was not. The room was so small and no place to sit. We probably wouldn’t stay here again if there are more comfortable options.

We were on first floor and heard the people upstairs when they got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Also heard neighbors next door talking and their TV.

Just a simple overnight stay, room was clean, very accommodating, facility was very quiet. Very close access to Disneyland.
