Cigarette ashes were on the bed, cigarette butts were found around our non-smoking room. Free breakfast was cancelled. It was loud... we could hear all of our neighbors talking. We stayed in the same hotel last year and had no problems. We will not be staying here again.

Don’t stay here staff very rude and drug infested area

The beds are comfortale and clean.There was a big dead bug in the shower but at least it was a dead bug.Overall it's okay place.

The air conditioning was leaking water inside of the room so floor was soak over tonight they ice maker don’t work

I’ve been here a lot longer than planned as I’m trying to square away final business in town. The stay has been quiet & pleasant

The staff were rude,first the guy grills me like im some criminal about if i had extra people with me,then i get up to the room and the blankets and towels are dirty and smells like a do,g cool,i typically bring my own bedding if i drive. I call down to the front desk because the tv isnt working,she ask me if its plugged in first😒 then she says "well im busy with a customer!" So i march my short ass down there and she says its because she's training. Very crappy place,sketchy people all over,and it stinks....do not even waste ya funds like that y'all!! My experience at Patel run motels has always been crappy,and this guy is indeed a Patel though and though. If you're familiar with their brand of business, you'll steer clear. They typically run motels that entertain all the scary people in the world. All is saw were tweakers and dope boys..... Do not,i repeat do not,check in.... Your gonna end up smelling like dog butt....and dodging wrinkly old methhead women!! Dont say i didn't warn youuu.

We’ve been here over 10 days and we don’t have them come in and clean in between. So those questions weren’t really relevant to this particular stay. The room was clean when we moved in.

For the SECOND time I reserved a smoking room with a King sized bed. I am a photographer and planned to use this large and nicely laid out room for a photo shoot. AGAIN, I was put in a double bed room with ZERO angles or layout for photos. Last time it was some water issue with the room I reserved with a jacuzzi. We were moved the next day but the rate for a king jacuzzi room was paid the first night. Last night there was no excuse, it was given to someone else. We frequent the area visiting family and stay here often but I’m looking for somewhere else to do photos because I keep having wasted days with wrong rooms.

Clean rooms, friendly services . Close to shopping and food of all kinds .

For the price and quality. This is a winning place. It is pet friendly and the rooms are clean.
