Good hotel. Recommended.
Room was very clean but had a small issue with the shower which we sorted ourselves. Breakfast was excellent. Front desk could be better manned but overall a very good stay. Hotel strategically located on purple metro line. Woud recommend.

Some of the worst service I ever experienced in the Bistro restaurant. The hotel seems quite dated and in desperate need of refurbishment. For instance, the shower head in the bathroom was completely rusted over... not just hard water buildup, but proper rust. Everything else in the room was in similar condition as the shower head... In other words, badly in need of replacement

Not the best Novotel
Turned up and there was a queue which is fine so got asked to take a seat , there was no organisation as new guests and current guests were coming to the desk and getting served before me even though I had been sat there for 20 mins waiting. The key then didn’t work on my room and got told it was my fault as my mobile interferes with the key, I told the guy it was the door not me as the new key he gave me I had in my hand and didn’t have my mobile near me and it still didn’t open the door. The next morning the key stopped working again and the lady sent a Technician up who also couldn’t get into the door even with the master key , we finally got in I packed up and moved rooms. There seemed to be no structure and would struggle at the desk of there was more than one person on the queue. The hotel was rather run down , mould in the bathroom, holes in the curtain and everything just looked tired.

Not the best...
Our overall stay of 5 nights was not so great-- The hotel really needs to be revived-- there were holes in our curtains that let in light, the sheets had stains all over them, the room smelled musky. Worst part was the mosquitoes!!! We all had bite marks all over our ankles and were being bit in our room and in the hotel restaurant-- they were everywhere! Location is 25 min from centre of Milan, and there is really not much to do around the hotel at all.
