Hotel Terminal

The hotel needs an update and heating should be able to be controlled from the room, but very close to all attractions

Staff is English speaking, friendly, and familiar with area.Two blocks away from Termini train station. They allowed us to lock our bags at the hotel, no charge. Breakfast in the morning with pastries, fruit, coffee, juice. Room was clean, and tidied during the day while we were out. Bed was comfy, shower was hot. I'm very happy with my stay.

The property was close to the train station... it was nothing like the pictures. The room was dirty...the walls needed to be cleaned at minimum. Even the the bed cover was dirty...we went down for breakfast but decided to go somewhere else...based on the uncleanliness of the room, we were concerned that the food would be similar. We were quite disappointed and will never be back.

I never usually write reviews, but I really feel this time its necessary. Expedia PLEASE ask this hotel to update their photos as the photos on your website look nothing like the rooms. Rooms are extremely dated and very small (I really am not fussy) but I was quite annoyed at how different the rooms are compared to the photos. However, the staff are friendly and helpful and overall cleanliness is okay. Breakfast is very basic but not the worst. Location is ideal but not completely central.

Not at all like the pictures on Expedia and definitely not a 3star hotel. Mattress was next to non existent. . . Springs and very flat and creaky. Room was very dated with stained floor and walls, overall in a very poor condition. The cleaning staff however were very good given the circumstances. We were glad to be on the second floor as the first floor reeked of feaces permanently, obviously leaky plumbing. Not at all what we were expecting and definitely not worth your money. Even if you're looking for a budget getaway.

hotel was clean and strictly functional. iron and board not available. TV did not work.one of the 2 bathroom lights did not work. 2 blocks from Termini.

The location and staff at the Terminal Hotel were great. Other than that, not much else going for it. The room was nothing like what was depicted (seems as though a few rooms were tidied for pictures, but mine was kind of unkempt)... Scuffs over almost every wall, stains in many places, saw some ants crawling around. The internet was very unsteady, it worked here and there... Had to connect and disconnect a few times before the connection would remain solid. Breakfast was ok.

The property was just as advertised - clean, simple, and close to the train station. At first, our impression was that it was in a bit of a sketchy area, but after a day, we felt quite safe. There are lots of restaurants about a block away, so eating was never a problem.

It was a great location and they were helpful at the front desk. The room was small, but likely average for hotel rooms in Rome.
