Eleven Hotel Bangkok

The staff up stairs on the rooftops bar, the bartender and the waitress on the night we got there 02/24/2020 ,was very rude to us. They asked me right away to bring all my dirty glasses (me and a few other residents that live there,paying customers) from the pool area to the bar, for no reason at all!! We have to bring our used cups to the bar from the pool, which is part of the rooftops area...??? And they both laughing in they own language to each others, as they're telling us about it in a very rude way!. We all feeling disrespectful about the whole experience. First time for all 7 of us and 4 different rooms booking at that hotel. We were never, NEVER, coming back to that hotel if we going back to Bangkok! And we will going back to bangkok again,but just not to the eleven hotel .a very disappointment and a very poor service buy the upstairs/rooftops stuff on 02/24/2020 in particular, but i think the same stuff was working a few days after.

I thought the beautiful lady on receotion made my stay wirthwhile.

Breakfast is terrible. Waitress service and her attitude in the restaurant is too worse. Steam room doesn’t work All lockers inside the facilities are broken.

The hotel was very good, big room size, huge king bed. However very noisy from the pubs around it. We honestly couldn’t sleep at all. We have tours all booked throughout our stay, some with very early pickups like 6am to avoid the rush, however the noise couldn’t let us sleep at all. It starts from like 9pm until 4am and then break for like 2-3 hours and the morning rush starts again. We had to go to our tours sleepy and slept while the driver was taking us to our destination.

Great hotel excellent spacious rooms very clean I have stayed at this hotels on many occasions very happy with everything Only minor problem is the odour From carpets in the hallway on third floor

The breakfast needs to cater for more...it is the only comment i can make,.

Actually it’s a great hotel. Very close to many important places in BKK but what I dislike is its parking lots. I had to cross the street to another hotel to park & get my car.

Eleven is a cute boutique hotel but it is FAR from everything! I wish we would have done more research to understand the layout of Bangkok because we spent a lot of money on cab rides (even after we haggled) at night the street is lively and fun but if you are going there to see the temples then this is not the hotel for you. The temples are about 30 minutes from it. The street outside was very smelly (we had to cover our faces) which didn’t make us want to eat at any of the cute restaurants surrounding the hotel. The hotel itself was cute with great rooms and the pool and workout facility were nice. The bar upstairs struggled with making a good drink but the food was good, definelty westernized Thai.

Hotel is very clean, modern with very good friendly customer service. Only complaint is the price and selection of breakfast...expensive with little choice. Get breakfast at coffee club around the corner. Otherwise the hotel is very good

Normally I stay at the Four Points...sometimes the Hyatt Regency...but they were full so I thought I'd take a chance on the Eleven Hotel since the reviews were so good. What a pleasant surprise. Beautiful little gem, right in the heart of Soi 11. Directly behind the German Bierhouse and beside Hemingways - the location can't be beat. It's a new hotel...all fresh and clean. Well laid out with plenty of electrical outlets, comfortable mattresses. New linens and fast internet speeds. Rooms are a little smaller than the other hotels but that didn't matter to us. There is only one elevator - but it's fast and you're never waiting longer than a minute or two. Friendly service from the staff. All this at a fraction of the pice that you'd pay at the more well known hotels that don't really offer you much more. I'll be back.
