If this is part of Choice Hotels, it should be cut off. You don't find the QUALITY they carry in their name. Our bed and pillow sheets had blood stains. The room they gave us looked creepy and was not welcoming. It was large and felt empty. They used a chair as one night table. The bathroom door looked like another entrance to a room. The bathroom was so large, it could have been a 2nd bedroom. We had to request for a different room. Even the second room still had blood stains on the pillow. It was an uncomfortable stay.

The rooms in the exterior were out dated and smelly. After reading the reviews it sounded like it was an OK place to stay at, but upon arrival it wasn’t pleasant. Especially for the price on a long weekend. Tv wasn’t working, no toilet paper and the carpets were dirty. Parking is additional and no microwave was accessible. The front desk people were so unorganized and didn’t wave the parking fee after booking 6 rooms, nothing was given for free or considered. They charged my Creditcard for a room that was already paid for and didn’t notice until I had to call them. I won’t stay here ever again, unless in the interior building based on the pictures it looks way better.

The rooms are dated with stains on the walls. Our family group was not allowed to stay in the same building Holes on the stairs. Really disappointing. Deceiving advertising as nothing is like the pictures posted online

Dear all, I tried to let you know in many other messages about my worst experience that I ever had before. Everything in that hotel is a nightmare. I booked and prepaid through your website to stay 2 night, we paid a lot of money because we believed you, but there was the worst place. This hotel is nothing but a pure hoax that works to extort customers. I prepaid to have a swimming pool and breakfast, but nothing worked there, swimming pool was closed and I didn’t receive any notice about that, Also, they didn’t offered breakfast for all members of my family as we paid before for full breakfast, their 2 packages of food didn’t have nothing inside (a small piece of stale bread and a rotten banana), next morning, I asked to have a cleaning rom service, and no one did it. We spent our money to by paper toilet, shampoo, soap and all other stuff that supposed to have in a room. I did check out and they didn’t provide me the bill and refuse to give me any explanation, I made verbally complain to the manager, and I got an answer “this is our policy”. So, as your customer I need to follow all the legal step to get refund all my amount money because this is a clear scam. I hope and believe in Hotels.com stuff that they are going to treat fairly my concern. Best regards, Avni Hasa

This place was awesome. Definitely got my money’s worth. The room was clean, front desk staff was friendly. Room had AC, a fridge, clean bathroom, big bed, decent TV. Would definitely stay here again. Exactly what you’d expect from a basic motel, and some. Almost encroaching on hotel territory actually. They even have free breakfast!

Service could have been better the young gentleman who checked us in was sketchy and not very welcoming. Otherwise the say itself was good it was very clean and very happy with the renovated room. And nice smart tv.

Terrible hotel. Dirty, noisy, We all felt very unsafe. The only thing it has going is it’s location but there are much nicer hotels with better locations. The walls and bathroom floors were disgusting. People were yelling outside and it sounded like they were in the room with us. The pool was closed due to covid however other hotels are scheduling pool time if wanted. We had to park in a dark alley and last but not least the dead bolt inside the room wouldn’t lock. Stay away from this dive.

Great location. They have 2 parts to hotel. I stayed on the outside one which was not the greatest. Carpets stained, grout on floors dirty.

I like the location and the room was nice and clean.
