Not bad for the price paid. A great deal for the amount of space for our family of 6. The room was clean and the location is really convenient for the Disney parks and stores and restaurants. However, our room was located on the side right next to the main street and you could hear the traffic ALL NIGHT. Also, the free breakfast was such a disappointment because it was a to go bag with a muffin, orange, and orange juice. Terrible for my diabetic parents. Would stay here again but only in a different part of the building and not expecting the free breakfast.

Excellent price for what you get!
Great price for the 2 bedroom suite and it felt pretty spacious for my family of 7 that stayed. Excellent location just 5 minutes from Disney Springs. Easy check in process, the front desk employee was friendly and explained everything in detail. I forgot to request a crib for my daughter at check in...called the front desk after we got to the room and they brought it up very quickly. Beds were comfy, room was clean and the full kitchen was great! Wish we would’ve stayed longer than 1 night to fully enjoy the hotel but will definitely be back. The only downside was the $10 parking fee which I thought was silly and unnecessary. Just include it in the price of the room if it’s required.

It “looks” nice, pool area is nice... however, the room reeked of straight mold. We had to keep spaying yo mask the smell. There was black mold in the air vents as well. Also there was purple confetti/ glitter on the floor in the second bathroom when we arrived so I assumed it wasn’t cleaned properly. We wiped things down ourselves. Found silver tails (bugs) in the dresser of the master bedroom.... i didn’t complain to the desk because it was a short stay and we weren’t in the rooms during the day anyways but I wouldn’t stay here again.... the mold was too much for me

Because of Covid nobody cleaned the room no breakfast buffet no shuttle service and most businesses were closed Other than that the room and hotel very nice the staff was helpful and courteous

Helpful staff. Nice room. Great pool, and hot tub. They did provide breakfast every day.Got a breakfast sandwich, friut, yogurt, and juice, and water. Also gave us some free coupons for food places and other things to do other then the theam parks in the area. That was great. There are so many good gift shops and food places in the area with walking distance aswell.
