It was incredibly difficult to get a ride from the airport late at night. I also was not given my drivers license back at checkin. I was very tired from a long journey and forgot to ask for it back. Now I have to go to the dmv and get a new license. When I called to see if they still had it it could not be found
Hotel was clean staff was goid only thing pillows were not comfortably
Customer service was horrible. Front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Bed was hard though quality of hotel and cleanliness were positives attributes on their behalf
Room was clean and property was nice and close to everything.
Fire alarm came on in the middle of the night. No fire. No information from front desk.
Hotel was rated fabulous (8.6). In my opinion it was just good (maybe a 7). Probably because of COVID services were downgraded. Place was clean. AC was very loud. It is close to airport, thus you can also hear planes. Well connected to main roads in Raleigh. Considering price, it is still very recommendable hotel

Vivian was working the counter, We arrived about 15 minutes before check-in at 3pm. Initially she claimed she had no clean rooms at the time & then she said she only saw a reservation for one room, I assured her I rented & paid for two rooms. Instead of looking at reservations she tried to sell me a room. I informed her that I wouldn’t double pay. She then said well I don’t know what to tell you. She refused to research her system her resolution was that since I decided to book with a third party I could call them. I said Vivian I have no desire to argue with you I’ve been on the road for 13 hours, I’ve booked two rooms so your due diligence and locate them. She said well you booked through a third party- I replied that’s correct a third party that LaQuinta subscribes to that feeds you business, it’s not as if I paid Pablo on the side of the road to book me a room. She still refused- I requested a manager she said I’d have to wait till 3pm my check-in time to speak with a manager - at this point that was less than 10 minutes away. I stepped outside, at 3pm I came back in coincidentally Vivian had everything pulled up for the two rooms including the room keys ready. I did speak to a manager that’s who processed everything in front of the manager Vivian continued to be argumentative even though she knew she was in the wrong hence her having everything pulled up and on the counter for the two rooms. Basically she’s just argumentative. The rooms were also disgusting.
Something had changed ... no shuttle service early ... pillows hard as rocks... uncomfortable Bed ... room smelled musty... will not be back... not very friendly... will not be back...
The room didn’t look like it was cleaned thoroughly. There were flower petals next to the bed and small, curly hairs left in the sink. The staff I came in contact with at the front desk was very nice and everything else I enjoyed. I just felt like the room was not cleaned properly.
