Comfort Inn Denver Central

This location is poorly run, the manager and staff are rude and disrespectful to customers, there are junkies and drunks loitering in the lobby and outside the front door begging for money and drugs, housekeeping doesn’t clean those who stay long term, it was overall a negative experience. The management team needs to be looked into - my vehicle was damaged 3 times in the parking lot and they just laughed about it. It’s shameful how this hotel is being run.

When we got there after traveling 8 hours on the road to check in, they had a power outage & couldn't they gave & estimate of 2-4 hours & laughed about it. When we finally came back, the room linens only had a setup for 3, bathroom was rusted around bathtub, exhaust fan didnt work in bathroom, door didnt lock, the beds were very uncomfortable, the fridge hardly kept anything cold, I've stayed here before several times & had better rooms. They did have a warm small breakfast every morning. Overall, I think the rooms need updated. Sorry I didn't take no pictures.

My experience was fantastic when I will never forget

My experience Was great at Comfort Inn.

The pool was never available all week. Was "supposed" to be fixed over weekend, then "parts never arrived" (IE, not really a pool there, even if there was) There were guests smoking pot on our floor (supposed to be non-smoking hotel) twice in the week that they could not get rid of. The stench was everywhere, from the time you opened the elevator doors, down the hall, even came in the room. Gross. Staff was great and assisted with everything I needed (other than that and pool issue).

A little dirty. Holes in the comforter. Unfriendly staff. Tub did not work only shower. Great breakfast though. My first stay there a few years ago was great but after my current stay i will no longer stay there.

The staff does not know how to be in customer service . They take money for deposits when they are clearly in the wrong. They cuss and try to fight with their guest and lie about situations to justify them stealing money

The room served its purpose to have somewhere to sleep, but was nothing to shout about. Throughout the day it smelled like weed and cigarettes in the bathroom. Upon check in our room key was given to another customer so we had to wait for them to get that squared away.

A decent hotel in a good location not far from downtown and about 20 miles away from the mountains. The staff was courteous and the hotel room was comfortable and clean. There was some trash on the floor in a couple places in the building. There were some areas that seemed to need updating or repair but nothing concerning. There was a store with a few basic items and a bar. There was a nice outdoor pool too. Overall I liked it and would stay again.

Although I found this hotel to be very friendly and comfortable. I'm afraid I found way too much dirt bugs and grime. I am glad that they are redoing the hotel. Because it really needs it.
