Hyatt Place Tucson Airport

Our moving truck was broken into the night of our stay. The lock was cut and about $1000 in items taken. Our truck was parked directly infront of our room in a well lit parking lot. We could look out the window and see the truck. Unfortunately we heard nothing overnight and discovered our misfortune in the morning. The hotel and room was very nice; lesson learned that theft can take place anywhere. It made our stay and remainder of the trip very unsettling

Very nice room with a somewhat tired bathroom. Still excellent overall. Mattress comfortable and desk service great.

Hotel was in the best condition of any hotel we have stayed in. Customer service was great, friendly and professional. Would stay there again.

After my first night I had to ask to be moved to another room, in order to run the A/C or heater you had to listen to a rattle the whole time. Beds not as comfortable as they use to be and on my 3 day I was suppose to have housekeeping clean the room, at almost 5pm I had to call the front desk to have someone come clean. Not my typical stay.

Everything was excellent.

Absolutely incredible room, service, staff

Stay was good. Friendly staff. Easy check in with a low incentive deposit.There were some small things wrong. The carpet in the room could use a cleaning. The bathroom in my hotel could use some remodeling. I was impressed to have a small living room and a small sink in my room. There was a strange sound that would only start at night, I could the sound all night, sounded like it was from some machine that wasn't working properly.

Everything was great except for the shower head it was pretty rusty, shower heads are not that expensive and it is an easy fix. The staff was amazing and the rooms are pretty comfortable.

There was a horrible smell in the lobby upin entrance. It qas alsi directly across the street from a voting location that had major traffic and protestors. The room itself was not bad though.
