This hotel is in a sketchy location, not safe! The website advertised free breakfast but was not available because of Covid. The hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke, although I had to sign a form not to smoke in my room. The carpet in our room was stained and disgusting to a point we didn't take our shoes off. The sheets were stained and had cigarette burns on them along with curtains. We tried to contact the front desk to get new bedding but no response. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be staying here again!

It's not great but it's not bad
This place is ok but not great. Breakfast was really a snack. You get a bottle water and two small granola bars. The hallway floor was dirty everyday but the staff was friendly. Upon check in, twice I was sent to a room that was not clean. I was told to go and check to see if the third room was clean. I thought that was unprofessional but it was clean so I let that go. Don't expect great but it will do if you need something for just a day or so. I won't stay there again but it's not bad. It's not great but it's not bad. Bathroom shower had some mildew stains.

This is not a family hotel. The cnditions were awful. The rooms smelled like smoke. There were stains all over the carpet. There were holes in the bathroom door. Very sketchy looking place would not go back.

We booked this hotel last minute on the basis they offered 24-hour service which they advertised. Only to find out after arriving to the airport that their shuttle service to and from the airport was suspended due to covid. This is somewhat understandable but should have been advertised on booking site. Also after arriving to the hotel their wifi was not working.

Didn’t know airport shuttle wasn’t working or there would be no breakfast. Could have easily been written up at booking or emailed before arrival. Would have been good to factor in ahead of time. Staff was pleasant but rooms lack something. A little dated.

NEVER AGAIN
There are quite a few stragglers outside this hotel. Soon as we arrived we were greeted by a young lady wanting money. And she kept harassing us, then we asked the front desk to tell her to stop harassing us. Then on Thanksgiving evening when we came back in it was a gentleman laying outside our door. And then on our last night it was a lady knocking on our door looking for someone 2 o'clock in the morning. Then about 45 minutes to an hour later she started kicking on a door for an hour. Another patron had asked her to stop but she kept going. We called the front desk from our room and cellphones and no answer. So I called the police. We were really tired and had to drive back to Maryland and the hotel did not offer to compensate us in anyway. I will NEVER stay here AGAIN!!!!! I guess it's true when they say you get what you paid for!!!

Room was dirty tub toilet bed sheets on one of the bed nasty had to wait 20 minutes after checking in for someone to clean my room dust everywhere but staff was very nice at front desk
