Just a hotel.

It was very inconvenient that every day I had to get my key card reactivate everyday. I didn't like all the people hanging around in the parking lot . These people didn't have a room in the hotel . Staff was super nice . I had no issues with yr room oyhef yhrn yhe keys cards .

You get what you pay for. Pool was open.

So for the two nights I was there I was just completely underwhelmed and honestly the lack of concern this hotel showed for COVID-19 pro cautious we’re dismal. Upon arrival there was a “Be back in 5 minutes” sign. Not the best first impression. This ended up being more around a 15-20 minute wait until someone came back to the front desk. The person who checked me in had a mask on but it wasn’t over her nose. Very uncomfortable to see first checking in. After checking in seeing the pool open was a bit of a surprise. Understandably they can be open at this point but no one wore a mask or even seemed to have one with them. Walking to my room I saw children running down the hall without any masks. Entering the room it seemed alright at first but upon further inspection over the two nights it was in a rough state to say the least. The bathroom was barely functional. The tub spigot didn’t work properly and the tub didn’t drain properly either. So it filled the tub in the process. The light fixture was completely rusted. The beds were somewhat comfortable but the bedding didn’t seem than clean overall. The Direct TV box didn’t work at all. The WIFI was absolutely Abysmal to the point that my phone wouldn’t stay connected for more than maybe a half an hour and best. Also behind the TV I found a box for used Lingerie and it was quite disturbing to say the least. Lastly the person who checked me out didn’t have a mask on. Overall I won’t be doing business with comfort suites again.

The lady at the front desk was super nice. She was fast at checking us in, answering questions and directing us to our room. Once in our room we were extremely disappointed. The carpet floors were disgusting and sticky. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and mildew. The smell was so strong that is lingered on our clothes. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Check in was easy and front desk employee was very pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Satisfactory. No breakfast due to Covid-19

When I got there absolutely no one was wearing a mask. The guy at the desk wasn’t very welcoming and when he finally gave me a key he didn’t give me a room number so I had to ask. I went to the room he gave me and when I went in it was completely trashed with the lights and tv still on... either they didn’t clean it or they gave me someone else’s room. I told him this and he gave me a new room. Super disappointing

Front desk staff was curt, linens were worn & torn, no blankets for pull out couch.
