Love this place!
OMG! This is the type of hotels my family loves to stay in. The room was sooooo spacious and pretty. It felt like we had rented a small apartment. You get to have your own kitchen with full size stove, microwave and fridge. It even has a dishwasher. Nice spacious "living room/dining room" with a good size tv. The bedroom is comfortable and you also get another tv here. There is some complains about it. Our toilet kept running all day & night. The tub's drain was clogged we think because the water never drained while we took showers. And make sure you clean your appliances before you use them. I had to clean the whole coffee maker because it looked like it was never cleaned since it got bought. Other than that, this is a beautiful property with amazing rooms.

Not so great of a stay
The furniture was not in the best condition. The sofa was ripped, the dishes were dirty(inside dishwasher), queen bathroom ceiling was water stained, the table leg was broken, & the people above us had kids that ran back and forth ALL NIGHT & EARLY MORNING. I had to call the front desk to request for quiet hrs on the 2nd night. I’ve stayed here a few times and had pleasant stays but not this time. Maybe these are the rooms you get when you book thru a 3rd party instead of the hotel directly.

The whole room was dingy and felt dirty when we got in our room. It felt like we couldn’t even walk around without shoes in the room. Hair left on the floor, food on handles, proof the room wasn’t cleaned everywhere you looked.There was blood on the bathroom door and boogers on the wall. The bed sheets were not clean and we went and bought our own to use. The room smelt like mildew. The whole property has a mildew smell throughout the entire property. Pet feces not picket up by pet owners not to mention they didn’t mention on the website that there was a $75 charge for pets that I only found out about when I checked into the hotel. The room above me was having a party and very loud (during thanksgiving and COVID). We only slept here and was out with family during our entire time but the pictures and reviews on Expedia, the hotel site is just not true at all. I would never stay here again. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to stay here.

Just ok
Check in was super smooth, and the receptionist was incredibly polite and helpful. I loved the setup of the room, but it wasn’t as clean as I’d expect, especially during Covid. There were dirty handprints on the walls in the bathroom, and on the shower walls. My comforter smelled like smoke. Overall I appreciated the convenience for the price, but I’d be hesitant to stay again.

The room was excellent! Extra towels and everything spot on. The carpet cleaning crew was great too. Only issue which was small was that there was a spider in one room with cobwebs and then a roach was in the ceiling crawling but outside of that it was great and comfortable
