Sheraton Atlanta Perimeter North Hotel

3 vehicles gotten broken into.. Whole building under construction...The hotel look real messy...poor customer service... the heaters don’t work in the rooms as of 12/12/2020

The staff here was great. There was a few house keeping things that I didn't like.. one eas there was hair in the shower drain. I had 2 rooms one was upgraded snf hsd one really soft bed and one hard bed. The other room was not a renovated room but it was better than the room that was.. theres a microwave in the lobby to use which is convenient but there was roaches crawling in that area ny the bar.. thats so gross

This would have been a wonderful hotel even though it was going through renovations, but it was very UNSAFE. Limited parking up front so guests have to lark at the rear of the hotel that is poorly lit and walk all the way around to the front to enter the front entrance which is the only entrance in. This is terribly unsafe and ill thought out by the hotel. Women should beware definitely traveling alone!!

First off, I understand how the pandemic has seriously hurt the hotel industry and I'm sure spending has been drastically affected. The hotel is doing some refurbishments which is needed. Most seemed to be in the lobby area but, hopefully it is continuing to the hallways and rooms. Basically, the halls and rooms are simply worn and tired with hall light fixtures broken, moldings pealing off and other signs out wear such as bathtubs, closet doors, paint, etc... Now, seeing as how I only paid $69.00 per night, it was certainly worth the price. The only issue we had was the room thermostat was set on 72 degrees and we were locked out of being able to adjust the temp. We asked at the front desk and the employee told us she did not know how to change it. I prefer to sleep at 66-68 degrees so, it was too warm and stuffy since the A/C would not come on. Hotel is in a good area with plenty of restaurants and other businesses nearby. Location is convenient to downtown without the cost and traffic of downtown.

CUSTOMER SERVICE ABSOLUTELY AWFUL, MANAGEMENT FOLLOW THROUGH IS AWFUL, PHOTOS OF PROPERTY IS MISLEADING, ROOM WAS COLD, THERE IS NO BALCONY, NO BREAKFAST, NO WORKING POOL...JUST AWFUL ALL THE WAY AROUND.

Paid extra for a suite that they clearly don’t care about. Bathroom was not properly cleaned. Dirty towel still hanging up in the bathroom when we arrived, coffee stains, grim in bathtub, dust and dirt on counter tops of the bathroom and tables near the bed. I will not be staying here again.

Our room had roaches. Saw two Friday and one Saturday. No house keeping the entire weekend. I see why there is bugs. I slept with all my clothes on. I wanted to cancel my room but we came as a group. Couldn’t sleep too busy worrying bout the bugs
