This was without a doubt one of the best stay I've had at a hotel before. The room was så chill and comfy, as was the service and surroundings. 10*n out of 10

Everything was excellent and the hotel, especially staff. However the only let down was the complimentary coffee, tea and bottled wasn't replaced throughout our stay.

Confronted for having a service animal

A new hotel that had all the right elements to make a great stay however this is a place that could and should have been so much more to guests! On our first night the food orders were messed up and a refund could not be processed by the bar attendant. Sleeping that night was terrible with the thin walls as everyone outside and in other rooms could be heard clearly. Then on the second night: this "pet friendly" hotel locked us out of our room late in the evening due to the fact we had a service animal. We immediately confronted the front desk attendant about it and the end result after whole miscommunication and awkwardness of the event left us feeling uneasy and just wanted to check out as soon as we could the next morning. Had our stay been better this would have been a definite place my wife and I would return to due to the location and my frequent travels to Ireland, unfortunately I cannot guarantee it.

Squashed rooms, noisy surroundings.

Gym being refurbished - no water or warning about it. Loud works nearby starting at 7am. Room small. No space around bed at all.

Great hotel: comfy bed, friendly staff, nice breakfast- also had drinks and dinner with colleagues and the food was great. Monty the dog is adorable too!

Freezing Cold

Upon arrival the room was freezing cold and took 40 minutes to warm up. Had to turn off the air-conditioning at night because the blower blew right into your face when in bed, so then woke up next morning and was freezing again. Went out and left key in key holder to ensure the air conditioning kept the room warm, only to find when we returned that Housekeeping had removed it and the room was freezing again! Spoke to reception who offered to move us but having moved rooms once because of the traffic noise I did not want to move again. Asked to see the manager and was informed that she would in the following morning. Spoke to reception the following morning about the issue and said i wanted to speak with the manager, only to find out she would not be back in until Monday. They assured me that the issue would be raised with her and that she would either respond by email or call. It is now Thursday and have not heard anything! Very, very frustrating and not the type of service i would expect of a hotel that charges well in excess of €200 per night for a junior suite.

Great Location, rooms were great, beds so comfy. friendly staff and the dog is beautiful. Definitely would stay again
