I do not recommend this hotel. The pool is closed and the customer service is horrible

Terrible. Never stay there. They charged me $205 after we got back. They were dirty. They had bedbugs in two of the rooms of people staying with us. Overcharged two other families with us as well.

Slow service, key cards rarely worked, found bed bugs, after being given a new room, we had to wait for it to be cleaned, because we walked in and found trash stuffed under the beds. Paid way too much to have so many problems.

We have stayed at this hotel many times always with a very pleasant experience. This time the rooms were not clean, trash in the hallways and outside. They ran out of towels and never had anyone at the front desk. On the second morning my daughter woke up with bed bug bites all over her neck. My other daughter who was also in her room, found 2 live bugs.

Our stay here was absolutely horrible. Walking up to the side entry we noticed a room with the curtains open and the bed was flipped up and the headboard was off the wall, the nightstand was pulled away from the wall and all the drawers were removed, which is grounds for bedbugs. When we checked in we received a room on the fourth floor the elevator was dirty and sticky had not been cleaned for days. Next time going to our room we took the stairs which smelled and made my kids sick to their stomach. Friends that we were staying with had bedbugs in their room after sleeping for two nights and finding bites all over them. If you book through a third party such as Expedia the hotel staff will treat you awful. Rooms were dirty when we checked in found shoes in the closet, liquor on the nightstand, and food in the refrigerator we will never stay here again. Marriott should be ashamed to have their name on this hotel.

We traveled to this hotel with a large group and some rooms hadn't been cleaned when checking in at 9pm. A few rooms experienced bed bugs. Keys would not stay programmed and we had to go down each day to have them reprogrammed. One person was working the desk and although he was doing awesome with his circumstances; it caused long wait times at the counter. We will not be returning to this location.

Staff is short. However Tony was amazing. Pool is closed and breakfast is limited which sucked because there wasn’t many people checked in, so I really do think breakfast could be served as normal while still practicing social distancing.

I have stayed at the property in the past. However, this stay was not pleasant at all. I understand the breakfast bar being closed. I was not aware there was no cleaning staff. My room was not thoroughly prepared. There were eggs in the fridge. A grape was left in the corner, causing gnats to be flying around. And the tub was not properly cleaned.

The room was extremely small, the iron didn’t work, no microwave in the room, and housekeeping didn’t clean my room.

Quick overnight stay. I flew in late from Denver, CO. Then going to Kings Island amusement park in the morning. Great location so I didn't have extreme driving. Nice room. Included breakfast. Everything was perfect. I would stay here again.
