Just ok.
It was ok. The best thing about it was the pillows. We had to change rooms because our bathroom sink had a drippy faucet. Then we asked for more towels because maid service doesn't come up in due to Covid restrictions. We were told that they are out of towels and she didn't really know where they all where. The front desk staff was unprofessional and unkept. We chose this location because it had great reviews but that's not our experience.

The hotel was dirty, the check-in was not acceptable. We arrived at 8:56 and the check in with Molly ... was awful. She had her fade covering down well past her nose and was sneezing. In addition, when we asked about a place to eat she replied, “I don’t eat out as I can’t afford it.” There was an Applebee’s within walking distance and we asked her about that... she again had same response. The room was old, worn out, and loud. We have stayed at Marriott in Twin Falls, Idaho three times this summer and never had a complaint. I would never to this I’ve again.

Better get a top floor room!
Drunk people were loud. Thin walls and ceilings. Room above us we could hear each step and toilet flushing. Very loud because of thin walls.

Good hotel
The staff was very friendly and cheerful. Room was clean and comfortable. The only reason My review is not full stars is that the hot tub in the pool area looked to have a lot of "floaties" in it, suggesting that the filter was either non-functioning or needs to be replaced.

This was not Marriott quality. We chose this hotel because we expect a certain standard from Marriott, however we were extremely dissapointed. We were placed in a room on the bottom floor, right next to the gym. We were awoken at 7 by someone cleaning the gym loudly. Blthe was despite the fact that they were at less than 40% capacity. I could find humor in the fact that later when I went to work out, there weren't towels, even though they had very loudly been banging the towel drawers to keep me awake! They also left the tv on at full blast so I finally went over and turned it down so I could sleep. The room was dirty, hair in the bathtub and an awful smell. Dried toothpaste was on the walls, the bed was made very poorly and made me wonder if if it been made. The towels in the bathroom had black streaks. Do not stay here!
