Front desk barely said hello, took my ID and asked me to swipe credit card. The room itself was great and clean and very big, but a bit caught off guard from the introduction

Excellent service considering Covid circumstance.
Do to the Covid-19 pandemic and the fires, my wife and I were not able to travel to Napa. However this property was not flexible on our request for a refund or even a credit for a future stay. I know that times are hard for everyone, even major chains. But, I feel like they could’ve been more understanding.
Amazing
Employee at checkout was very rude! I called the front desk in the morning before check out and. Advised them that the fridge wasn’t working and my babies milk was soiled they wouldn’t send someone to send milk to our room. I had to walk downstairs and get it
It was ok I think the rooms and bathroom needed updating especially the prices we paid would not stay there again

Stayed here for 1 night on 6/19, checked in about 12pm. Check in was a nightmare. They had someone that was “subbing in” and didn’t even know how to take down My Bonvoy number and I should’ve known something wasn’t right and she didn’t know what she was doing by the fact that she had me put my card down but couldn’t tell me what I would be owing. I asked because I had used a hotels.com reward night to book this night and was only suppose to owe 42$ as a resort fee. She told me I would find out at check out. So when I checked out the next morning and requested me receipt, I was charged the entire room rate. They then blamed it on hotels.com that they must’ve not given a single hold credit card to charge, fast forward 3 calls and 45 min on hold, it turns out the lady “subbing” didn’t know what she was doing notice the single charge credit card hotels.Com Had provided and charged my card. It took me calling 3 times to figure this out . UNBELIEVABLE!!
We enjoyed our stay very much! Pool was just perfect and weather too
