very nice hotel a couple employees were kinda rude but other then that very good place to stay
Felt unsafe in the neighborhood around the hotel. Shower dribbled out water. Bedspreads had cigarette holes in them.
This hotel was sub standard. 1.) The shower leaked and kept up from sleeping most of the night. 2.) There was no hot water to shower with. 3.) Could never reach anyone in the office for assistance. 4,) there was one towel for a two person booking. 5.) Water leaked in the bathroom from the wall between the toilet and shower (which was missing plaster) leaking all over the floor we kept ringing out the bath mat when we had to use the toilet. 6.) when we went to office to request assistance there was no one in the office for The 10-15 mins we waited. 7.) There was no iron in the room and as I stated earlier, no one from housekeeping could be reached. When I finally checked out I shared all Of these things with the woman at the counter and she was rude and dismissive. There was no apology or customer service given at all.
Our stay was horrible. I had called a day prior to let the hotel now we would be having a late check in also I had my dog with us. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady on the reception took forever to help me, when she did our room was no longer available, they were out of rooms. The front clerk found us a room not what we expected to make matters worse she gave us a a key of an occupied room. I had never felt so embarrassed going to someone else’s room has no words. The front desk lady gave us a handicap room since that was the only “available room”. However after going through that experience we couldn’t sleep the thought that it may happen again or the fact that they can give someone else a key to our room as she did to me. Overall, I had a horrible experience we decided to check out. We were completely tired it was along drive to get there that’s the reason we took the handicap room.
The young lady that checked me in showed herself to exemplify what it is to uphold the true standards of what customer service is meant to be and what’s lacking in the customer service based industry as of late. Not only did she do her due diligence of acknowledging me but remained steadfast and cordial while dealing with an irate guest. I applaud her for a job well done and I’m honored to have been helped by her. It just goes to show that choosing to be kind versus rude still has its advantages in life. She’s well deserving of this shout out and a day off!?!
Needs to be updated. Mattresses are getting old. Not inforcing only smoking areas cigarette butts all over place. Off Freeway rooms smell like smokers lived in and sometimes clothes bring smell in also .Need Security walking at night to inforce and show secure because very bad lighting around area. Checked in room no toilet paper on either roll holder. Price low and sometimes brings in people with no respect and domestic violence and yelling at 11 30 pm outside my door. If Security is around less of that would happen. These days alot of people are stressed and angry. They don't care about other guests that paid to stay there also. And shouldn't have to deal with that stuff . Probably won't ever go back .Quality Inns need to rethink what their name says. Not Low Life Hotel. Place was full so they have money to clean it up. Security is a necessity to feel safe around there. Very dark. Corporate needs to go there at night and on weekends. Thanks
Not clean at all maid never came had to switch rms because the first one had nothing only the naked bed and furniture everything else gone. Pillows coffee pot toilet paper shower curtain toilet seat towels soap... Second rm same bs and way more dirty than the first. Disappointed
Very unclean. Upon arrival there was blood on our sheets. Cardboard taped to the bottom of our door to keep cold out. We called to make sure we can use the pool and hot tub. Front desk told us yes. When we decided we wanted to use the pool they told us no. (I understand it’s covid but i did call and ask before booking) WiFi only worked sometimes. Ice machine was broken so no ice.
First, the place was deplorable. Extremely dirty inside and out. Second, the elevator was on its LAST CORD! Third, we were given keys to a room that was already occupied ( how embarrassing) NEVER AGAIN
The carpet was disgusting, not vacuumed, more stains than I wanted to count and I found a toe nail in the middle of the carpet. Bathroom door was duct taped together. The original bath towels barely wrapped around a small adult. The front door wouldn't open all the way because the carpet was buckled up at the entry. The TV only had one working channel and the remote didn't work. The headboard looked like someones sweaty greasy body was up against it and it was never cleaned. And our room was better than the two other rooms our friends stayed in. The exterior walkways in front of the doors were filthy!! It was disgusting rolling your luggage through it. The parking lot was always littered with trash and dog poop. The clientele was super sketchy with multiple questionable drug deals going on. The staff was nice, pleasant and helpful. Probably the only decent aspect of the stay. It felt like we were in a Crack Whoretel. I would not recommend this place.
