It was dirty. When I walked in it didnt smell clean. But, I gave it the benefit of the doubt. The beds were not too bad. But, when I went to the bathroom the back of the toilet had pee on it and there was throw up chunks still on the side of the toilet... I cleaned it all because I felt if this one room was still dirty the others probably are too. Anyways, the shower curtain had mold on it. MOLD. I definitely didnt feel clean. I honestly feel like the only thing done in that room was the sheets got changed. I never heard a vacuum my whole time being there. The rooms were carpet. Everything was so dusty and not wiped down, not even the sink or table. They didnt want to go into the room while you stayed (because of covid, understandable) but told you to leave trash and stuff outside the room which made the hotel super dirty looking while walking the halls because they came around once a day. But, the service was really nice. Not a negative thing to say about the service.

I had a great experience at this location. The amazing shocker is normal check out is at 12pm ! That’s the amazing part to me! I love it!

The staff is amazing - very friendly and helpful. The accommodations are nice but showIng the buildings years.

The hotel was very nice and reasonable. Rooms were clean ... The only thing I didnt like was the. Wi-fi cost extra money to use. In my opinion it should be complimentary.

I travel for a living and expected more out of a Hilton. The hotel smelled of mildew and their response to that was air freshener. There was blood on one of the beds sheets. There were also bugs in the room the left us with over 30 bites.

Super friendly front desk, very clean. The bed was the best part! It was very comfortable (we did not wanna leave) lol. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant due to being late night and short trip. We will definitely be back.

Check in was very easy and the staff was friendly at all times. The rooms don't come with a microwave so you have to ask for one. We did in advance but it was not in the room when we arrived. The room was clean but flooring in public areas was not. We had 4 hours of barking dogs across the hall one evening and that was stressful. The staff assured us they were trying to reach the owners. However, it might be good to develop some policies and procedures to prevent this type of situation if pets continue to be allowed in this hotel. Hotel is in a great location. Close to Knoxville and many places to eat, etc.

This place is very clean, the room was very comfortable, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We were given a room with direct access to the back, grass area.. which was great considering we had our dog with us.. it made for quick and easy potty breaks.
