Imperial Hotel

Great location in city center and low price during corona - very friendly staff that stored my meat etc. in their fridge so it was cold when I left country - free of charge - thanks for this excellent service.

Travelling during this Pandemic time is stressful and a bit scary. But Emperial Hotel made my travel feel safe and enjoyable. The telephone customer service and the hotel receptionist are very helpful. The hygiene/social distancing protocol of the hotel in the elevator made me feel safe knowing that anyone who enters it has clean hands. I like the cleanliness of the room. The hotel is near to everything. Last but not the least is the sweet gesture of the hotel to upgrade my room with a bottle of wine which definitely made my stay extra special.

Great stay, but their parking process was a bit silly and should be improved. Never got a sms, and had to call the hotel when arriving at the gate.

Excellent hotel, conveniently located for Vesterport and Central railway stations. Pleasant, welcoming staff on reception and in the restaurant. Breakfast was well presented and freshly prepared. Our room (family room) was clean and tidy with a nice array of toiletries and tea/coffee. As a personal aside, I would have liked a minibar. Another gripe was that there wasn't a plug in the bath.

Have stayed before in four ie two double rooms. This time I needed to cancel my stay due to death which I would deem exceptional circumstances - and thus needed to cancel my booking. Made the call/request not the day before - but 4 days before to cancel. Imperial stood firm on the “cancellation rules” between Hotels.com and the hotel. Under normal circumstance I would not request refund if I change my plans. I did in this case and found Imperials policy unnecessarily rigid. There are many other hotels in Cph centre.

Close to the central station and Tivoli gardens, easy to commute to several locations. Hotel itself has adequate seating and communal areas and all staff are friendly and hospitable.

Very nice hotel, clean and perfect location. Rooms are superb, but beds too soft for my liking (only somewhat negative) everything else is perfect

The staff at Imperial were all super friendly - kudos! My room was kept very clean; the cleaner was meticulous! The breakfast buffet was a dismal experience: tired ho-hum affair with very limited selection. The restaurant food was equally poor. Not sure how such a nice hotel can serve such bad food. Also, not sure how they can feel it fits with a four star rating.
