Apartamentos Avenue Rooms

Absolutely loved staying at Avenue Rooms. Lovely apartment and great extras that make it so friendly. Great location near the old town and access to train station. We highly recommend it.

I loved the location and the amenities. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The fifth floor has amazing views of the city.

The apartment was really roomy and relaxing. It was modern, and some nice touches had been made with the decor. The bed was really comfortable, and there was good air conditioning throughout. There weren't really any negatives.

To begin, the decor is gorgeous, very modern and chic. Through their security system you're allowed safety and privacy. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the sights, the beach and the center oc town. Plus, the property manager was incredibly accessible, courteous and genuinely friendly. Me encanto!!!

The property is in the good location. Near to market (open till 11 pm), public transport. The Apartment staff and cleanliness was excellent. I would love to stay there again .

My husband and I stayed early July for a five night break. I cannot say enough good things about this apartment in a short review but I will try ... Ideally located at the edge of the old town, it's a few steps to the heart of Malaga, Larios Centro and 5-10 walk from cultural and historical sites, about 35 mins walk to the marina and Malagueta Beach. Sometimes when I book holiday rentals I am a little disappointed as pics/description don't quite match reality - not in this case! The apartment was perfect! It is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. We especially liked the kitchen area (stocked with kitchenware, Nespresso machine and daily pastries) which leads to a cool courtyard with tables/chairs. The aircon was excellent as was the wifi both in the building and in our apartment. Our apartment was on the fifth floor, very convenient for the roof terrace from which you could view the city. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso coffee. The shower is excellent, a good selection of toiletries and plenty of good quality fluffy towels (much appreciated), quality mattress and pillows (very important). There was no stinting on quality and lots of small touches that made a big difference. The service provided by the owner was always prompt, helpful and personal – so much nicer than a faceless agency. We will return.

Apartment was simply stunning. Large lounge and bedroom, both with wall mounted Smart televisions . The air conditioning throughout was amazing. The kitchen area was immaculate with hob, microwave/grill and other items like a coffee maker, juicer, sandwich maker. Even the window blinds were electric with remote control. The bathroom had a large shower with normal and rain water shower heads. Also a great view of the Malaga sunset from the apartment. Simply cannot find a single fault with the place and will definitely stay again next time I visit Malaga.

Great flat, newly refurbished, great sunny patio, walking distance to the centre, safe area.

Appart hôtel très bien situé ! Tout est accessible à pied ou arrêt de bus devant l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique ! Tout a été rénové, c'est propre et la décoration est très jolie. Petit plus : le rooftop très appréciable. Pas de regrets à avoir !
