Hotel staff was helpful. Front desk agent was good. Just issue I noticed housekeepers can do better job. Wasn’t good enough clean. Bathrooms can be better and hair free cleaning.

Overall great stay and amazing value for the money. Newly upgraded room was darling and stylish (retro-mod). Wonderful staff service. Location was very convenient to the freeway to go to all the top attractions very quickly. Only a small handful of complaints. Bed was a bit hard and squeaky. Wood laminate plank was very pretty but surprisingly dirty- our feet socks and slippers were constantly black (surprising bc otherwise the room and common areas all felt spotless). Landscaping up-lights outside our room made it so bright we had to figure out a way to tuck out curtains into the window frame to get any sleep each night. Most importantly, during the week the place was filled with construction workers with very big pickup trucks. Between 530/6am they all fired up their engines to go to work and it was incredibly loud in our room by the pool. Woke us up every single morning way earlier than we hoped for our vacation. There was plenty of parking on the freeway side, so we were never able to park near our room at night, but luckily it wasn’t a long walk and the area felt pretty safe. All in all we’d probably happily still stay here again if all the loud pickup trucks parked out by the freeway (not by the rooms) so we could sleep past 530am.

The bed was comfortable but unfortunately the room was not clean. We found a toe nail clipping in the bathroom and a p***c hair in the shower. The black tile with black grout on the bathroom floor did not give an impression of cleanliness. We will sadly not be staying here again.

Very clean and quiet. Pool was open and heated. Little laundry facility was very convenient.

We checked in about midnight. Got to room, there was several rooms with door open, at least 12 people going up and down. Car parked below. They were throwing things to car. Honking horn. We call front desk about it and they said they were checking out and should be gone soon. This continued for another hour and then they left. Room smelled bad, like urine. Stains on rug. Requested another room and was told none available.

Great hotel with excellent service. Clean rooms with nice ambiance. Can't wait for tiki bar to reopen. Will stay there on business trips again.

The Hotel was in great condition, staff was very friendly, rooms great BUT the Air Conditioning is super LOUD. We couldn't sleep from the constant noise of rushing water everytime it turned on.

Check in easy and Greg who works at the front desk recognized me from previous stays. Room is spacious and clean. Good Value for money spent

We wanted to stay for a quick little family getaway and my son wanted to go somewhere with a pool. We inquired if it was heated and they said “80 degrees”. It felt like 70 but when we inquired about it they said it’s definitely 80 and there should be a thermometer but ok one knew where it was located to check. We had gone to Palm Springs in early January and their pool was heated at 80 and very comfortable. That’s my only basis for comparison. So, it made it a very quick and cold pool trip, beds are hard but everything else was great. Shout out to Chris for killer customer service! :)
