Olala Mad Apartments

There is a subway station near the accommodation. There is a large supermarket nearby. You can buy fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel's kitchen is fully equipped to cook meals. There is a welcome gift in the refrigerator.

Newly renovated compact apartment. Advised all bookings in Spain the we had a car and required car parking and followed this up several times. This was mandatory as we think there was very little chance of ever finding a car park in this location. Hate going into information on app to find it is incorrect but covered with disclaimers that it is subject to change. Our most expensive accommodation by far in Spain. Stayed 4 nights here in Madrid but wished we had only stayed 3 and spent a night in Sergovia.

Tiny but clean apartment.

New remodeled apartment building, short drive to/from Madrid airport (20 minutes) and Madrid downtown (15 minutes), 7 minute walk to nearest metro station. Good size apt. for a couple or small family, but they have larger apartments if it your case. Nice quiet neighborhood, close grocery stores around. If you have a car, its a bit hard to find a close parking on the street but not impossible or you have the option of paying extra for their garage parking, it's up to you and your budget. Overall excellent place for the price, a full moderns equip apartment for a good price!

Amazingly renovated apartment with everything you could need, spotless. Provided milk and bottled water on arrival. It’s not central, but we knew that and the location wasn’t a problem, it’s close to the metro and the centre is accessible in 15 mins. The only thing I would say is to squeeze 4 people in the studio, as the max capacity suggests would be uncomfortable, maybe it would be fine for very close friends or a family for a short stay, but space would be extremely limited. For two people, it was ideal.

Check the safety of the surrounding area before booking. Did not get a full refund but expedia helped save the day.

Me gustó mucho el sistema de apertura de puertas con la app, en sustitución de llaves, pues es muy práctico. Pero, un día me quedé sin batería en el teléfono y no conseguí ningún punto de corriente en las zonas comunes desde donde pudiese al menos encenderlo para abrir. Sin embargo, no se si por un fallo técnico, pero ese día tanto la puerta del edificio, como la puerta de la habitación estaban abiertas, por lo que pude entrar al piso, lo cual es un problema, porque cualquiera podría haber entrado. Recomendaría añadir pasadores manuales a las puertas que den la seguridad de que efectivamente esta quedando cerrado y la colocación de al menos un punto de corriente en los pasillos o entrada del edificio, por la particularidad del sistema de entrada. De resto, el lugar es perfecto, muy cercano a la estación de metro, muy moderno y cómodo!

Amazing place! Clean, easy to find and very cool that you use an APP to open doors. Will stay again if I'm back to Madrid.

It is a small studio, with a queen bed and a sofa bed but perdect to accommodate a family of 4. It had all the amenities we needed to enjoyed our stay. Staff on the phone were very nice, polite and helpful at all time. I would defintely come back and recommend it!! By the way, downtown of plaza Madrid was only 15 mins. in car.
