Very good location and convenient.5 mins walk to train station and Carrefour (supermarket). Large room with balcony

The property is in a good location for walking to the RhoneExpress. Also close to the metro so it was easy to get around Lyon. Nice breakfast and beautiful pool and exercise facility that we didn't use.I'd take my swimming suit next time.

Stayed 5 nights. Liked the: size of the room that comfortably suits 2 person, heated towel rack, the separate shower/toilet, proximity to the gare de lyon part dieu. For the price paid, I would’ve preferred: daily cleaning or clear communication (instead of a notice on the lift wall) that I almost missed from hotel on cleaning (they clean every 8 days only), info on where to throw my rubbish when the bin is full, if room is only cleaned every 8 days at least leave more than 1 soap bar/shampoo bottles in the room or extra bin liners, a soap/shampoo holder in the shower, an ironing board. If I was staying with a friend, they would have to go out of the room when I want to take a shower because it’s a glass shower door.

They say AC, but there is none. We stayed on two different trips and it was the same regardless of the room. Actually request a lower floor. The higher the floor the hotter the room. Service from the staff was awesome. We was so helpful!

This apartment hotel was definitely an interesting experience. They said there was a central air system but there was absolutely no air conditioning. We ended up buying a fan at a store because they did not have one for us to borrow. We asked for an extra towel for the pool since there were none in the locker room. They said it would cost an extra 5 Euro so instead we just used extra hand towels from the room. It is close to the train station (which was helpful as we took a few day trips to close towns) but a FAR walk from the city center.

The set up of the room was very nice. Had a comfortable bed and big balcony. Toilet was open concept so but still have privacy. Only issue we had was with the self-service laundry. Instructions were in french with english version being unclear. we ended up paying twice before we got help. Wi from reception was wonderful - helped us get settled and accommodated to our needs. Major downside was there was no control over the AC. Which was quite uncomfortable for the summer heat. Otherwise it was a really pleasant stay!

Great location near the airport, room was huge compared to our other European hotels, enjoyed the pool, the staff was extremely helpful. Not easy walking to the sites from this location so we used Uber which worked well.

The property was near the train station and the reason we chose it, in addition to good price, good expedia recommendations and the pool. Unfortunately, construction between the train station and the hotel made it difficult to access from the train station, the receptionist was very confused about our reservations, all the information was on paper in folders and he kept getting all the papers confused, he initially gave us keys that didnt open the doors, and we found out the pool was inoperable.There was construction going on outside our window with scaffolding and a courtyard full of construction debris. Not the worst situation ever, but not very pleasant and I was especially looking forward to the pool so that was a disappointment. There was no offer of compensation for all the inconveniences.
