Clean and comfortable
I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was. It had all the amenities that I needed. The room was comfortable. I’ll be staying there again.

Fairly Good Stay
The front desk ladies were excellent and my studio (714) was beautiful. However, on Thursday I went to go to the front office to extend my stay and there were several police on property, so there was some kind of disturbance. i stayed in the main check in building, as was not sure what was going on eg- a robbery, domestic call etc and during my 40 minutes inside several police came in and left. I finally left to go on a few appointments and when I came back everything was resolved. Also, Saturday evening there was a fair amount of noise coming from the parking lot and a var that honked on and off until about 3 am, yeah not so nice!

i don’t like to complain, but this wasn’t the best
There was no remote control for the tv, and some things left on the counter and floor. When looking for the controller under the chair, there was an old sock. It was a non-smoking room but it smelled like someone just smoked in there. The staff, however, were all very kind and helpful.

Apparently this place is renovating and they should just shut down until they are finished. My first room looked and smelled like motel 6. The furniture was peeling, there was blue tape at the bottom of the shower, and the room smelled old. I asked the employee if all the rooms looked like that one and if so I need a refund. He said he wasn’t sure (really). So I told him I need another room. He changed it for me however the parking is very limited and congested. The door to the rooms worked until the night before and of checkout. I’ve stayed here when the name was clover suites but now that it’s sure stay I’m not so sure I’ll be staying Again.

I stayed for just 1 night with my family. The 2bd/2 level suite we received was dirty in areas, the living room TV didn't work, and it appeared as though our entire suite was under construction. Holes in numerous places. I've stayed at properties similar to this concept like Hawthorn Suites but this is by far the worst experience. I've worked in the hospitality industry before and I would NEVER check someone into a room with holes!!! Front Desk guy needs to be more welcoming.

The room we stay in the key wasn't working properly then we had to changed to another room because of the first one!!! then the other room we got the key also was not working properly good thing I had my daughter with me to let me in Horrible.

When I checked and the guy could check me in check the room on one washcloth bath towel with faded out hair spots on air-conditioning leaking set a night at 12 o’clock so I’m guess downstairs stop banging on the wall
