When I booked the stay there were different prices for the stay with or without breakfast. There was no breakfast being served. Grab and go which was a tangerine, 2oz juice can, and cereal bar and Happy Hour had been canceled. Heat in room wasn’t working 1st two days, staff bought up a personal desk heater. Trash sat in front of our door for days, sink in bathroom was backed up, and by third day no hot water. Someone came to unclog sink and pulled out a huge chunk of hair and had to go turn up the hot water tank in order for us to have hot water. Very disappointed with my hotel stay and this trip was for my birthday. Not such a pleasant birthday thanks to Embassy Suites
A little more attention to detail is needed. During the pandemic consider an area where patrons can get condiments and towels. Consider one additional ice machine. The elevators need cleaning and new floor tiles. The staff enthusiasm comes and goes.

Housekeeping on the 7th floor was great. That said, if I am starting with this something is amiss. Here is the short of it: The hotel is in a great location, there is a minimart across the street, the King Suite was spacious, the internet was average and the microwave and mini worked well and I would advise bringing toiletries as the ones that were provided were scant. My overall opinion is that the front desk morning staff is using the virus as an excuse to allow their attitudes and service to go on vacation. I know that things are different but if you are in hospitality smile. If guests must come to the front desk for a breakfast bag, towels or coffee at least act like it is not a burden to accommodate us. Suggestions: consider changing the tile in the elevators and cleaning them more often. Luggage carts should not be parked in the same place on the same floor for days. If a person has a four-day reservation for two, why know use foresight and provide more than two towels and more than a day’s supply of coffee? Why not make certain the room has a coffee maker when some of the surrounding empty rooms had them? Finally, I requested a room on a high floor (I wound up in 706) and was told none was available, then I took a trip upstairs and saw many empty rooms like mine which makes me wonder was my “gold” status even considered? I just felt like the save the housekeepers and the lady at the concierge desk the folks were on duty because they felt they had to be.
Although the website offered a full breakfast, we were given a sack with granola, fruit, and juice - blamed on CoVid. No housekeeping service was provided - blamed on CoVid. Refused to provide us bottled water - weren’t Silver or Gold Honors members. The bathroom faucet was clogged with mold and grit which my husband removed so that we felt somewhat safe to use it. The warm water took at least 5 minutes to heat. Cigarette butts from several days littered the floor around the ice machine. The hotel was lacking in cleanliness overall. Valet parking at $35/night was excessive. This property did not live up to the Hilton standards we are accustomed to when staying at an Embassy Suites. We will choose a different property for any future visits.
We weren't properly informed about the breakfast and the front desk receptionist was very non chalant and she was very helpful
Stayed here for a long weekend with my sister, boyfriend, and some friends. There was unfortunately issues with our toilet and shower but they moved us to a new room, slightly smaller than our original room, but I was happy to be able to shower and use the bathroom. I did kill a cockroach in the bathroom of the original room but saw no additional critters during our stay. The rooms were large, the TVs were also large and up to date. The microwave was outdated and didn’t work but we didn’t have any use for it other than making popcorn so we were okay. The staff was great! Check in was fast, they gave us all of the information we needed. Staff was also very responsive and helpful when the issues arose. The issues were related to city maintenance but they still stepped up to the plate and did everything necessary to get us re-situated. Overall we had a great stay after ta few hiccups and I would absolutely stay again!
Let me first start by saying. I am a lover of Embassy. It is my favorite hotel to stay in however, this time I was very disappointed. My room was dirty. There was hair all in the bathroom and on the towels it was absolutely disgusting. Then my girls were sleeping on the pull out couch when my husband pulled it out it was covered in chip crumbs. I was very upset. I called down to the front desk to let him know and he was kind enough to bring me new bedding. We didn’t have any hot water so we did not shower the next day. I called down to the front desk to let them know again and she said she would have somebody come up to take a look at it. She did not and we had reservations for breakfast so we could not wait around. I just never felt so disgusted in my life. The staff was very friendly and they apologized for all the inconveniences caused but the rest of it was terrible.
