Stay here you will not regret it! Awesome Hotel!
Immaculate facility, comfortable, spacious, friendly absolutely loved this hotel! Also you will NEVER find a better breakfast included at a hotel anywhere in the US. We are traveling a lot over the next few months and I am trying to find another Residence to say in because this one was so great! Also a warm pool and a nice gym didn't hurt either! Location was wonderful for our family as well, we arrived tired and ended up walking across the parking lot for dinner. So easy!

Disappointed in Hotels.com, not the Hotel
The hotel was very nice. However, upon check-in I was surprised with a non-refundable $150 pet fee. At that point, it was almost midnight and much too late to cancel. I use Hotels.com because of its military discount. These savings, though, are not worth it with surprise $150 bills. The listing said “pet friendly” but did not mention a fee larger than the price of the room. I went from spending $115 to $275, quite the difference. I think this will be my last time booking through this website.

Missed the food mark
Was a great room, beautiful view, excellent service. Here is why I won't stay again. 1. At 11:45am the cleaning crew started banging in my door. I knew the checkout was 12. I felt so rushed and uncomfortable having to open the door to let him know I was leaving. 2. I understand the COVID pandemic has made huge changes in service. However I have been to many other hotels in Ohio that will still serve you a hot breakfast under COVID standards. Here I was handed a tiny brown bag with an orange, and some vending machine processed food items. For the price per room per night I would expect more.

Great location and room
Hotel is in the perfect location. Staff was friendly but not the nicest ( I dont think the lady that checked us in liked her job) Morning staff was very nice. Room was large and very clean.

great new facility and it's convenient. Restrictions on the pool I felt were very overkill though even during Covid. Only 10 people at a time and you have to register. Biggest issue is you dont know that when you book on the app. My kids didnt get into the pool the first night which was a bummer.

My new favorite place to stay
We frequent Kings Island but are from NE Ohio so most visits we like to stay at a hotel so we don't have to make the 4hr drive there and back in one day. We have stayed at just about every surrounding hotel and this one is now our FAVORITE! Nelson was amazing, he was very helpful and one of the main reasons we would choose Residence Inn again for our next overnight stay!
