Place looks really nice. A bit pricey. Bed was almost as hard as a rock. Also multiple spots on wall that need painting and was a bit surprised, since this hotel is fairly new.

Limited usage for sleep only.
Very poor lighting in the room. No light at desk at all. Shower was not a low flow shower, it is a ultra low flow shower. Spend 20 min in shower rinsing soap off. Really.’ Room has no chair to sit in other than light duty desk chair or the bed. We did not feel any comfort to the room with poor lighting or seating. Room was clean and prep properly. Would not recommend for families or older persons due to lighting and space.

The rooms on the back side of the building are very close to a major hwy, The truck traffic was extremely heavy and the noise was pretty bad The 2nd night they moved us to the front of the building and it was much better the rooms are very nice

Great room. Well equipped and very comfortable. But super noisy. It is on a major highway which some may see as an advantage. But, the noise from the floor above was unrelenting and seemed to lack any noise control buffer. Rugs may be a solution, otherwise, will not stay again.

Nice, but not a CLEAN STAY location
We chose Tru because of their CLEAN STAY procedures that were developed by HILTON. We found a number of the processes not in place. There was only 1 and broken sanitizing station in the lobby. There were zero hand sanitizing stations on any floor by the elevators (except the first) and the hotel did not use the CLEAN STAY stickers with date applied to any of the doors. We travel with family members in their 80s and we have felt safe to stay with Tru for these very processes. Why this location chose to only follow some of the CLEAN STAY guidelines, we don't know. Call ahead to see if they have corrected this problem if these things are important to you.
