Customer service was bad

It took 40 minutes to get checked in. Long line and only 1 person working the front desk. We were given a handicap room that smelled like smoke and was not the kind of clean I would have expected from the hotel. Overall disappointed with the hotel, but we got a good night's sleep. No express check out.

When I first arrived at the Ramada by Wyndam, there was a long line with only one employee to help the guests. It took over thirty minutes to check in. Once we got to our room, there was a very noticeable stain on the red sofa chair where it didn’t look sanitary to sit in. When I booked the reservation, I selected the dual queen bed option. However, once we arrived to the room, there were double beds in the room. Lastly, there was a party that took place where there was loud music and noise that lasted past 3:30 AM. No one from the office or security did anything to stop it. This was a first and a last time stay at the Ramada by Wyndam in Fresno.

Ok. Old place, shady neighborhood but it looked safe, no issues

Hotel was room condition was extremely dated, lighting was poor, carpet looked to be 20 years old, sofa had wear marks to the point of cushion stuffing was exposed. I have stayed in nicer motel 6 rooms than this. Will not be revisiting this establishment.

Nice place for any occasion

The place smelled of cigarettes in the Hall. The room looked cleaned but was actually dusty.

After we checked in I noticed a sign stating “rooms cleaned every other day”. I thought this meant deep cleaning and disinfecting. I was wrong! When I went into the bathroom there were two pairs of DIRTY UNDERWEAR that were not mine hanging off the shower curtain rod. A used washcloth and a dirty wadded up towel. Needless you say I was less than impressed. The couch looked disgusting and the carpet had stains everywhere.

This place has gone down hill since we last stayed here. It used to be a decent to nice place to stay. Now it seems to be a rough neighborhood, next to apartments that had a party and noisy. We were nervous whole night and had a restless sleep. They do have your cars parked behind a gate, but we still felt like anyone could scale the fence and break into the car. Carpet in halls are dirty and you have to carry your luggage upstairs because there is no elevator. All furnishings are old and shabby. Pillows are horrible. We both had sore necks the next day. Will never stay here again. We were so disappointed to see this happen to what used to be a respectable place to stay in Fresno.

Algo que me sorprendió es que te ponen 1 jabón solo pero no te ponen Shampoo ni crema de enjuague, o sea que si vas con tu mujer tienen que compartir el jabón, y sin shampoo, me sentí como que mi plata no vale. El precio no fue barato. No hubo desayuno. Las chicas de recepción muy atentas. El parking del hotel tiene una reja automática cuando entras con el coche, pero la máquina que recibe los tickets de parking está rota, o sea que puede entrar cualquiera. El sistema de las puertas en las habitaciones falla, en dos oportunidades dos dias diferentes tuve que bajar a que me activaran nuevamente las llaves porque se desactivaban.
