Everything was pretty much time for two and a half star hotel pretty clean sync a problem it didn't drain fast enough took a while there was dim Lighting in the bathroom could probably use a bit more lighting and there are no extractor fan so everything gets pretty humid and foggy the main reason for the review is on Thursday night we went to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for a Thanksgiving dinner and I wore my men's ring so I can silver inexpensive ring under $200 nothing extravagant I know I had it and I left it on the night table with my watch and as I cannot accuse anyone without proof but I know I had my ring we requested a cleaning on Friday morning as we were going out for a hike I have not been able to find the ring. We checked all our bags all our coats and pants before we left the hotel no sign of the Ring I did mention it to the front desk. It's not a major loss as far as expensive jewelry more of a sentimental value it was a gift and that's probably the only downside of the trip everything else is pretty much standard for. This type of hotel

The bed was very uncomfortable and the the room was dated. Vending machines were broken on every floor but still took money. Check in was friendly though.

The description of available amenities was a bit disappointing and erroneous. There was more closed down than mentioned. The "free water bottles" were not available in the room. It is a beautiful hotel in a great location. This visit is difficult to complete an appropriate review.

Very beautiful hotel and the staff was really nice. Couldn’t get to swim in the pool but otherwise the hotel was clean and very beautiful

Our experience in this hotel was amazing absolutely plan on coming back. I completely understand with covid-19 there are a lot of changes that come in to play and they were changes that were completely understandable. the only minor issue was our first night where we had to take a cold shower because the hot water system wasnt working but once it was brought to the attention of the front desk, the staff kept us informed and up to date and by the next day hot water was back. So i commend the hotel staff for expediting that situation to ensure the guest have hot water. This is the main reason why i say the hot water issue was a very minor issue to me because of how fast it was resolved. No complaints and plan to come back soon.

The property and room was nice. However, the second day that we decided to stay at this property, we were in Room 270, and experienced strange occurrences. These occurrences led us to feel uncomfortable staying in our initial room. The water was turning on an off, the AC was working at first but then seized to work right after we noticed the water was acting weird. As we went to tend to the AC the TV shut off randomly. Because of this we asked for a room change at 10pm. We felt that the staff was very understanding of our concern and anxiety towards the situation and was immediately accommodated. After our room change, we slept poorly because of our experience with the initial room.
