Hyatt Regency Greenville

The first night we arrived late, and had a very comfortable night sleep. When my husband went to use the shower it was clogged and water would not go down. We notified staff, and we think they were fixing it while we were done. We arrived late that night to our room smelling like a sewer. I called down for spray, and then kindly switched our rooms, which was great bc there was a large party in the next room that was super happy drunk, loud, but just having fun. So to the new room, slept great. Then the third night, from 2-330am there were several 22 yr old people screaming at each other, and using every work in the book. Then a fight broke out and we had to call the police. This hotel is beautiful and places perfectly downtown, but if you want a good night sleep, we wouldn’t recommend it bc of the out of control guests.

This was a very beautiful hotel. I felt like the bathroom was not very clean and just needed better attention however other than that I love it!

This is the best hotel I have been to in years. Friendly staff, onsite restaurant with amazing food, bar and lounge in the lobby with superb drinks, rooms were spacious and comfy. Mattress could have been better but it was just one night.

I stayed for a 1 night stay and it was great. My only change would be that i wish i was on a higher floor for a better view of the city. But they were booked so that couldn't be helped. The staff was very friendly and the restaurant's food is amazing! Vallet is out due to COVID but the on site parking is super convenient. Ill definitely be back. New favorite hotel downtown.

Great location and all staff were friendly. Especially enjoyed the Christmas decorations and the good eats at the Roost restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Some services were limited due to Covid. Property is beautiful but needs a bit of attention. Lobby needs a thorough cleaning. Rooms are spacious but pillows were uncomfortable.

The food and room were so comfortable and the lobby is beautiful. Staff was so friendly. My only complaint was how thin the walls were. I could hear kids running down the hall at 7 am....and could hear the music from the lobby on the 6th floor. I would stay here again but maybe request a more quiet room.

I really enjoy the hotel in Greenville and have stayed there many times over the past 10 years with this particular stay it was very disappointing I was locked out of my room because the key mechanism would not work properly and the staff could not get the door open so they transferred me to another room for a few hours then move me back to my room in the middle of the night. The commode would not flush about half of my stay, in the morning I was supposed to check out the staff walked into the room on two different occasions and it was very embarrassing they did not know that anyone was in the room for some reason!

Paid for parking at check in but card didn’t work to get out of parking lot so had to pay again.
