So Disappointing
In the past I have always had a good experience with the hotel location, staff, and comfort. This visit was a complete 360. The staff was disengaged. The cleaning crew were allergic to cleaning. The wait staff were bothered. The overall cleanliness of the building was subpar. I called down to complain that my towels had not been replenished and that the sheets were made up over a wine stain that I had accidentally spilled and NO ONE came to bring more towels or sheets. The next day ONLY the towels were replenished. The bed was made with the stain AGAIN.

Worth the Extra $$
I have stayed in this area 2 other times in cheaper hotels and they were not clean and very aged. This place was more but well worth the night stay. Don’t forget to spend the extra $1 for the breakfast buffet.

Service was great. Breakfast was nicest I've experienced. Will be booking with this chain from now on.

Comfortable stay
Good place to stay. I stay here for a week on business and it was comfortable without issues. The breakfast buffet is the same throughout the week. There is a person that cooks omelets. The room was good for this type of trip. Wi-fi connection was great!

Convenient & Clean, Friendly staff
Only slept there 2 nights for training vlasses in area. Clean, with friendly staff. Did not use much of facility except to sleep.
