Sonder - Jung Residences

We liked the spacious apartment. Comfortable bed. Very nice gym. Friendly staff. Just some small things i would change. Need a full length mirror in the apartment. A sink disposer in the kitchen would be a plus. The plug in my bath tub did not work and i was really looking forward to a nice warm bath.

My stay at Sonder-Jung Residence was comfortable. My room was very clean. The only complaint I have is one of my family members was unable to shower because there was not enough towels in the room when we arrived and was not able to get towels until the following mid-morning. Also, I highly recommend TVs in the bedroom, however I am aware that there are people who do long-term residency and may be required to install their own TV which may be the reason for no TVs in the bedroom.

There was no security outside of the building and no access code needed to enter the Jung. Anyone can walk in. The unit I stayed in was a Sonder unit. The first thing that hit me when I walked in was the smell. It was a horrible sewage smell. I contacted customer service and they moved me to a different unit. The smell was also there but not as bad as the first unit. The cleanliness of both places were not good at all! I was very shocked by that. There was trash under the sofa. No one took the time to move it to sweep or mop so that right there let me know this place is not cleaned properly. There were marks all over the walls and nasty buggers! I don’t think I would ever stay there again

Stayed for 7 nights, very spacious and the room has all the essentials things you will need. I will be staying here anytime I’m in New Orleans

Originally from New Orleans, we were looking for a place to stay that would provide enough room for the entire family. It was more then enough room and the family loved it. Will defintely be staying there from now on.

The worst ever. They moved us three different times, the fire alarm went off at 3 am and nobody knew what to do with it. The gym and pool were closed and nobody advertised that on the websites. I would have stayed elsewhere. There were zero TVs on the bedrooms and no dressers to put clothes! What!!!

Excellent place to stay. Very safe, even when we arrived at 1:40am. We had perfect instructions on how to get parked, in the building, and quickly into our apartment. Very clean and well maintained! We will definitely look for more places for future travel!

I experienced nothing but problems from the time I arrived that the hotel. Issues such as being told my booking wasn’t confirmed. I spent 20 minutes getting that straight. Once in the room the WiFi was not working so we couldn’t watch TV. The next day I called to tell them I needed towels and left for about 4-5 Alhours. Upon arriving back no one had brought any. It wasn’t until I went downstairs and show my displeasure. I will be reluctant to book here again not because of the room but the customer service and communication. Also I received a email about a noise complaint and my wife and I were laying in the bed. I told them that it wasn’t me. I felt very offended by this.

My 1st trip to Louisiana was amazing very comfortable stay at sonder Jung Hotel the people the atmosphere was just great checking this off my bucket list!!!!!
