Bella Vista Hotel Langkawi - Langkawi

I had stayed for 4 night in the hotel, it was not clean, the hygine of the hotel personnel is to the lowest standard, the breakfast that was serviced was really very limited to be mainly the asian food, so it you can't eat the kind of food you had lost you money, hotel personnel can't understand or speak English, so it was very difficult to deal with […] them, the hygine of the food was very bad as for example we found some flies over the fruits in the breakfast. The rooms was not clean and they don't offer except only 2 towels, also the hotel does not give 2 keys for the room, as I had stayed with my wife and each of us needed a key and the hotel refused, the parking of the hotel was noot safe at all Pročitajte više

nothing good to praise this hotel. the hotel looks new but not really maintained. the up keeping was bad. the bathroom is stained yellowish brown probably cleaning staff not doing a proper job. the hotel is also short of staff and no facilities. i check in the hotel but there was no towels and kettle. had to stay for three nites cos i paid in advanced...very […] disappointed indeed. it was the same like Bella Vista in Kuah Town which i stayed 3 years ago. Pros: Very close to the airport and a good bargain for a budget traveler. Staff was friendly. Cons: The ocean is across the street but it is not located in an area where there is public access. For that, you have to drive or spend 10 RMB for a taxi to go the Cenang Beach (sp?). The staff was friendly but I'm not sure if they will go out of their way […] to help. We brought food and drinks back to our room to place in the refrigerator. However, after learning that the refrigerator was not working, we called around 10:30 or so in the evening to get it checked. A nice man tried to fix it but it did not turn on right away so I later went down to have the items stored in their kitchen refrigerator to pick up the next morning. On doing so the next morning, the staff kept checking in their lobby shelves for the food and drinks but did not take the proper step to check in their kitchen refrigerator instead, despite a couple requests from me. They seemed to be more bothered by the fact there was not a note from the night man more than going through the steps to find our items so we never did end up getting our items back. Really...we brought the items down to be stored in a cool place so why they kept checking uncooled places was a question mark for me. Could have been a language barrier though.
