This was a great hotel. Service was excellent. Moving to places around the hotel was a challenge as it is surrounded by major highways. Only way around is taxis and the return trip from the city is always a challenge with taxi drivers wanting three/four times what you paid to get into the city.

Very nice hotel in downtown KL. Breakfast buffet was extensive and the room was very comfortable. Pizza served in the bar was the best pizza I have had since living in Malaysia.

The overall stay was really good. things that could be improved - The lighting in the room is very dim and minimal. The options of tea etc was minimal - no normal English breakfast, just decaf tea and earl grey. Even though we had booked as a family room there were only 2 towels in the room, this was rectified once we asked for more. The restaurant […] off the main entrance was fantastic great for families with a good choice for kids. The pool area is lovely with towels available for use. The only draw back with the hotel is the location. You have to catch a taxi where ever you are going, especially if you have kids, going out for a walk after your meal would be very difficult. Because of the one way system around the hotel as well taxi drivers take that into account when charging you. I had emailed the hotel to arrange pick up from the airport but no one responded, upon arrival I informed the staff and the said they would let management know. Nothing more was said. Also the bathroom has no door on it so depending on who you are sharing the room with would depend how suitable it was. The toilet cubicle and shower cubicle both had frosted pains of glass. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay at the Best Western. We did hit an issue when we arrived. We had requested for a room with a view for 1st 2 nights (we had broken our stay over 5 nights on different days since we were with traveling elsewhere) but it seemed they were not able to provide that. I had to request really hard to get a room with […] a view for the balance 3 nights. The hotel did give us a room with KL view for the balance 3 nights. One point that I must mention here is that the first room we got when we landed didnt have the air-conditioning working. The hotel was quick to change the room - Thanks for that. Another point to note is that if you are not comfortable with the "open walk-in" washroom styles, this is not the place to stay. We were not so pleased with the washroom set-up. May be the hotel can put sliding doors to secure privacy. The breakfast was good. The location is still not available on the GPS monitors if you are renting a car so as a word of advice, when you use a rental car with GPS, head out to the KL Sentral station (can be located on the maps) and then keep an eye open for the hotel when you are 2 km away from Sentral station. You will surely spot it. Once there, feed the location and the next time you will have no issues. Overall, I will recommend this hotel due to the value for money and close proximity to all places worth a visit in KL. Pročitajte više

全体的にはいい感じのホテルでした。清潔でスタッフの笑顔もいい感じです。料金も高くないです。あえて言うなら午前中のプールが日陰なのがマイナスでした。

KL 센트럴에서 가까와서 걸어갔는데 천천히 걸어서 10분 정도 걸림. 직원들도 매우 친절하고, 오픈한지 얼마 안되어서 시설도 새거고 방도 상태가 매우 좋았음. 가격도 호텔찾기 사이트를 통해서 그런지 저렴하게 잘 구했음

ＫＬセントラル駅からは歩いて１０分程度ですが、行き方がとても分かりにくく初めて訪れる場合はタクシーで行くのがいいでしょう。しかしタクシーの場合はかなり回り道をしないとホテルにたどり着けません。わざと遠回りしているのではなく、ホテル周辺の道がちょうどジャンクション周辺にあるためです。

Min rejsekammerat og jeg havde valgt hotellet fordi det skulle være noget af det bedste i sin prisklasse og have en god beliggenhed. Desværre lå det langt væk fra alting og midt i et stærkt trafikeret område, hvilket betød stort besvær og ekstra omkostninger for os. Hotellet var desuden ikke særlig velholdt - vores bruser faldt ud af væggen! - og nogle […] af de ting, vi var blevet lovet, såsom docking station til ipod, så vi ikke skyggen af. 房间较大，舒适。豪华房和一房二房套间我们都住过，感觉一般旅客住豪华房足够了，客厅和厨房基本没使用。六楼泳池可以看到不错的城市景观，酒店旁边有个教堂，可惜没时间去看看。位置一般，不靠近公共交通站点。总体满意，下次还会考虑入住。

お正月に家族で、利用しました。朝食、プール、お部屋、スタッフ、値段どれも最高でした。また、何度でも利用したいです。チャイナタウン、ＫＬセントラルにも近く、すごく便利でした。

街中心からは、はなれているが、セントラル駅から、歩いて5分くらいなので、モノレール、エアポートまでいく電車など、とても、便利でした。部屋は、見晴らしが良く、新しいので、とても良い状態でしたが、廊下の絨毯が、ものすごい埃が溜まった状態で、ガッカリしました。朝食は、色々な物が有り、良かったです。プールも、良い感じで、プールサイドのレストランは、ピザが美味しかったです。

Hotellet er nyrenoveret (juli 2012) og er helt i top. Super beligende ved siden af centralstationen (bus og tog) let at komme til og fra lufthavnen og hele byen. Gå afstand til Kinatown osv. Kan varmt anbefales.
